I had wondered if you were getting bored with all the back and forth bickering on this forum. I'm glad that isn't the case. But we missed you and I had something to show you since we've spoken about this before. It's not a birth pang given by Christ but a birth pang given in the old testament.

North Korea has also become a nuclear power, "wars and rumors of wars", (Matthew 24:6).

Not to mention the global recessions of 2009 and 2016. The coming of the Third Horseman of the Apocalypse, (Revelation 6:5-6).

That's an awful lot of coincidence to be ignoring, don't you think ?!.

Much of our present earthquake activity started in 1950, right after Israel became a nation. There has always been huge earthquakes, infrequently, around the world. But for example here in Oklahoma, we have a shaking almost every week now, all under 6 on the scale. It is these small quakes that did not happen until Israel became a nation. But since that time, they have increased exponentially.

I disagree with this "falling away." I am convinced the King James people missed it in this translation. Some of the early translations into English used the word "departing" which fits with Paul's theme of the gathering. It is the Bride of Christ that must be "taken out of the way."

There will be no "significant" "falling away." The church is still growing world wide. For everyone that "falls away" two or more enter in.

We are jumping the gun if looking for earthquakes and volcanos already. We need to look for the apostasy of Matt 24:9-12, and the abomination of desolation of Matt 24:15, before we look for the earthquakes and falling stars of Matt 24:29.

That said, yes pestilence does come before these and that is at least worth noting....

"They" are waiting for the conditions to be perfect (celestially, and terrestrially) in order for the right VECTOR to deliver a catastrophic result.

Exodus pestilence worked, for example (of course, since it was God's will,) and if The Destroyer was upon them then (which I believe so, seeing as other texts that match the bible story ALSO describe a cosmic body visible) then it is understandable how things like the parting of the red Sea happened.

Despite claims of cigar shaped UFOS seen weeks before the Plague, that didn't work as a proper worldwide vector since the world population was not interacting worldly enough.

Polio didn't work, fundamentally.

AIDS didn't work because of a manufacturing error.

Swine Flu was a farce of cosmic magick gone wrong (yes, magick...)

Ebola was a red herring of cosmic magick miscalculated.... all times.

Zika, if their cosmic magick works, could work. But, it isn't a strong enough vector.

The ideal vector would be a fast acting virus capable of mutating, with a kill rate that is high enough to destroy a large portion of the population, but also kill slowly enough to be a serious SPREADABLE CONTAIGEN. Ebola fails at this categorically, because it has a 90%+ kill rate, and is fast acting. This is why conspiracy theories assert the vector will be a hybrid - like weakened rabies and a flu virus. The point is to

1) depopulate
2) sterilize
3) dehumanize

#3 - dehumanization - will come from what will be done to get rid of, or control the contaigen.

Zika is a pestilence, but it was patented sixty years ago, and has a manufacturing error. For starters, you can still procreate with the infection - a big mister in the overall goal (sterility and depopulation). Zika is also NOT a serious infection, and originally did NOT cause microencephaly.

Some people are trying to speed up the coming of the Enemy with these magickal antics with the hopes of stopping further prophecy when the works of their own hands bring their god the Enemy as "christ."

We must not forget that twice that I know of in History almost 1/3 of Europe was wiped out by the black plague. Yes, it did happen twice.

I just watched a 60 Minutes report last night about the "man made" earthquakes occurring in Oklahoma. The full report can be viewed at "60MinutesOvertime.com". Apparently oil drilling companies are injecting waste water from oil production thousands of feet into the earth, and the water is seeping into the strata where the fault lines are located. The resulting pressure on the fault lines has produced an incredible, (unbelievable) increase in earthquake activity for Central Oklahoma.

In 2009 the USGS only recorded 12 minor (3.0 quakes) in Oklahoma. Since that time the amount of waste water being pumped into the ground has tripled, and in 2014 the USGS recorded 974 quakes. Seismic scientists even predicted larger quakes would likely take place in the future, like the 5.6 quake that occurred recently.

People's homes and property are being destroyed by the quakes, while the oil companies deny any responsibility and the Oklahoma government only takes half measures to deal with the catastrophe.

"Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap, and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs" (1 Timothy 6:9-11).

It's your departure only if you are part of the apostasy leaving the church, as ἀποστασία, apostasia, is apostasy not rapture. Apostasia is based on the Greek word for divorce, and the rapture is a wedding not a divorce.

Nothing over the last 2000 years of events upon the earth are recorded in the scope of the Bible prophets .... they are all silent

There is a breach in the scope between the ending of the 69th week decreed for Israel ..... and the beginning of the 70th still pending

The 70th week time frame is the back drop for the Lord's coming judgment upon Israel and the entire world

The numbers don't bear this out. According to a 2015 Harris Poll 70% of kids are dropping out of the Church they were raised in after leaving home. The same poll also found 50% of Jews living in America responded they no longer believe God exists.

A separate poll found over 50% of Muslims living in America and Europe do not regularly attend a Mosque, or even observe daily prayers.

Even in Israel the Sabbath is no longer observed. Nightclubs and barrooms in Tel Aviv remain open on the Sabbath, as do many retail outlets and shopping centers. Rabbinical students are also no longer exempt from military service in Israel.

As for the health of Christianity in the Middle East, I would direct your attention to a 2015 New York Times article entitled, "Is This The End Of Christianity In The Middle East ?".

The falling away noted in 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12 is a different thing

Hear, here. Indeed we can feel the pressure. I live in a pretty close knit community and I can see the attitudes about church attendance are changing. People are not attending like they use to. And the world is in a very volatile state at present.

Yes, there is no doubt about a 'falling away' in our nations anyway. The statistics of Christian conversions in places like Asia and Africa can make the overall picture look good, but from what I know, I suspect a lot of the 'great revivals' may not be what they seem. Are they true Christianity?
For that matter, does the church fellowship you attend preach true Christianity?
