We aren’t talking about a speech, though. It seems there is plenty of hypocrisy on both sides here. I remember many here criticizing Sarah Palin for writing notes on her hand for a speech she gave. There there was the whole Obama can't speak without a teleprompter "scandal" brought up by the other side. Then you have Trump, who frequently hasn't used a teleprompter or notes, but can sometimes be incoherent (tries combining too many thoughts into a couple of sentences) or keeps getting sidetracked by random thoughts.
Let's face it, every President has speechwriters (even Trump) and use a teleprompter to give important speeches. If they are going to speak without a teleprompter, or hold a press conference, most Presidents will have notes to help ensure they hit the key points they want to address. Biden having notes is no different than most Presidents, and it is hypocritical that some here who either defended or criticized Palin are now taking the other side.
