Orthodox position or the truth?

As I stated, this wasn't recognized as a monogamous relationship till the 19th century, so you won't find it in the Bible, that isn't a fair assumption it would be in there.

As stated, things back then were written w/the full knowledge of what was available at the time...this was not even a lifestyle choice to be known or recognized till 1869.
