Actually humans claim that's what God said, we have no evidence that God said anything of the sort.

Using your logic, since there are fewer atheists than Christians the atheists have it right and the truth is not what you want it to be.
My comment, the one you are referencing... was never intended to be accepted by an agnostic or an atheist.

They have much greater faith... in everything coming from absolutely nothing... all on its own.

Believers, ya... they are weak.. they need a designer and a creator.

Same can of course be said of insanity.

Being only one knowing “a truth” you can not prove in any way.

How do you discern that truth from falsehood?

And how do you figure out that the truth of other people are less than your truth ?
Well, firstly.. your idea of one truth being less than another.. is kinda interesting.

Truth is an absolute. In the case of creation you cannot have something more true or less true.

It's either true.. or not.

Secondly...you're correct, the same can be said for many things... including insanity..

Believers have a creator. They don't need a designer, which is why most Christians reject ID.

I bet you can't support that meaningless assertion.

Do they? Those that believe in a designed creation might need them, but not all believers believe those things. I suspect that's another unsupportable assertion.

What needs support?

That you believe everything came from nothing?

or

That you have more faith than someone who believes in a superior being who designed and created it?

You miss the point, I think. The question is not really whether there is a God who is author of our being. This is the creation/evolution forum, not the theist/atheist forum. The theory of evolution does not challenge Christianity or theism more generally. It only challenges biblical creationism.

It is bit amusing how many people who know “absolute truth” use their time arguing with other anonymous people on internet.

You would think that amount of enlightenment would direct one’s actions toward something more constructive.

Yet here we are.

Does that remind you of Someone in the Bible?

Let’s add delusions of grandeur to the characteristics of those in the know of “ absolute truth”

Great point AV.

^_^ ... Glad you like it, Miss Brinny!

That there thing is what they call an avian dinosaur, or avian "terrible lizard."

Just when you thought it was safe to go outside!
It's worse than that! You see I have a pet parrot and I've noticed that their two legs are like lizard skin. What makes it so much worse is that mankind also shares the same feature of having two legs. Some people have figured it out, the world is full of terrible lizard people.

The list of names that describe God... are numerous...
Ho hum....
Arthur C Clarke had an interesting take on that concept in his book The Nine Billion Names of God.

As a creative designer my opinion is that it's not very good at it.
Ok.. that' your opinion as your heart, that He designed is beating. Your eyes, that He designed are looking at the screen. Your endocrine system, that He designed is working. Your respiratory system... working. The trees .... producing O2. Where do you want me to stop.

So you have no clue what an atheist or agnostic is. Why should we listen to you on anything else?
