Speak for yourself on that one. I've seen lots of posts in this forum discussing actual evidence ... and lots of posts by Trumpers posting excuses not to.

I've recently had a lot to do with courts, and I must say I have lost faith in the Westminster court system as a whole.
I don't want to come across as being wilfully ignorant, but I've found the first casualty in any conflict is the truth.

The courts are only as good as the laws upon which they make judgements.
A court only can judge on previous cases and interpretation of certain legal points within the law.
This creates the problem that an unjust or poorly written law can lead to injustice and what seems obvious to the layman is actually in admissible.

The other problem is defining what is truth. If there is no evidence of the issue in question, the court cannot make a decision, even though it is obvious what has taken place to those involved.
A clear case of this is admissible evidence and inadmissible evidence. To protect civil rights of citizens facts obtained illegally are not admissible, even if they prove the case, because the need to stop illegal invasion of peoples lives is a greater principle to maintain than individual cases. The run away train is if you could obtain any information through force where would you stop and even government would be impossible.

So courts can only rule on obvious cases, where the point of justice is a reasonable likely outcome.
Put simply as far as the election is concerned figures streamed on a TV screen and statisticians claiming this is impossible is just an opinion.

Take simple opinions. Perpetual motion machines exist, anti-gravity is a real affect, we can time travel back in time, we can go faster than light. People have claimed all of these, but the flaw has always been proof. And the evidence is they are all close to be true, except they are not.

The next issue is simple, does it matter? In all these close situations, the next time around is always an option, and of greater value, that destroying everything in the anger of disappointment.

As far as this election is concerned the propoganda has tried to say there will be no next chance, to ramp up the extreme violent response they are hoping for. But that is just wishful manipulation of losers of their propoganda and antagonism.

Trump supporters have shown us that propaganda can overcome facts.

All you need to do is repeat the falsehoods and deny the facts and you're set.

I agree. What most do not understand is the scale of these problems.
With 150 million voting, to have a 5% shift you need 7 million questionable votes, which is vast.

You cannot hide that kind of fraud, no matter how hard you try if would create millions of issues.
If you asked who has evidence of fraud, 1000's of people would be there straight away.

We had 10, or 20 and a few analysts of numbers.
This itself is enough to declare the robustness of an operation with 1,000's of ballot workers and officials, as well as poll watchers etc.

Even the lawyers who saw all the evidence had to just walk away, because simply it did not even make a legal case. They were left with Rudy, Sidney and Lin, which is not the top flight, but conspiracy theorists who believe something rather than are professionals blazing a trail. When Lin Wood said Geoffrey Epstein was alive, I almost fell off my chair. This is just nutcase territory.

Reading web sites of the followers, they are hoping for the Kraken still, a flow of data that will prove they are right, and the deep state exists and has been exposed etc. by the great tactician, wherever they are, Q, Trump, or ...... And its no joke they really believe there is such a figure ......
