I'm not ignorant at all (much less "completely") about the issue. In fact, I'm the one who corrected you and you half-way admitted you were wrong. Regardless of what you admit to or not, you were wrong, 100%. AOC did not deny anyone of anything. NOBODY denied Amazon of anything. You claimed all of that and it was all completely wrong.I just figured that someone who had such a strong opinion about something they are completely ignorant about must either be foreign, or has abandoned reality to believe their ideology.
So, you "figured" wrong (again).
Here you are at it again, making false statements. Feel free to show everyone anywhere that I "have already convinced [my]self that AOC working to prevent amazong jobs in her district is a "lie" before any evidence was presented". We all know you can't, but feel free to prove that you can, if you really think you can. You just make it up as you go along...The fact that you have already convinced yourself that AOC working to prevent amazon jobs in her district is a "lie" before any evidence was presented proves that it is a waste of time discussing this further.
No need to google what I already knew about. AOC didn't work to keep jobs or amazon out of her district. Yet again, you make it up as you go along.I am willing to guess that you have already googled this topic and discovered that it is true. AOC absolutely worked to keep amazon out of her district at the cost of thousands of jobs. But you will never admit it, at least not to me on this forum, because your ideology is preventing you.
Amazon chose a location in NYC which is in AOC's district. The unions staged rallies and protests to influence Amazon to use union labor for the new jobs. AOC of course backed the unions. They were not trying to eliminate jobs; they wanted to have the jobs but, like the other jobs in the area, they wanted them to be union jobs. Nobody did anything wrong, it was a very American exercise of freedom of speech and freedom of choice. The unions made clear their intention to organize any labor force Amazon hired and Amazon decided to change their mind about opening in that location. Nobody was "denied", nobody was "working against jobs" or "to eliminate jobs" or any of the other myths and fables you are telling here.
Next time, have a clue about the issue before digging yourself a hole that you can't get out of. Try Google for yourself.
And I'm still waiting for you to show where AOC denied Amazon from opening or hiring people for jobs. Where is that proof? You seem to be dodging that.
