None that I know of. But if AOC really believed the masks actually works as she claims, it wouldn't matter what the mandates are. COVID doesn't change it's behavior because of some executive mandate. She is obviously fed up with wearing a mask all the time and thinks they don't work and decided to take advantage of the opportunity. But to be fair, she is one of many predominate democrats who wear the mask for show and immediately take it off when they believe the camera is not on. At least Republicans will tell you the masks are stupid but they wear them because they have to. They sure as heck don't harass people because others choose not to wear one. Although some would harass people because they are wearing one. Nonetheless, you'd be hard pressed to find a Republican shutting down businesses and throwing people in jail for not wearing a mask only to go party maskless when they think nobody is looking.

Hyperbole is not helping your case.

The Desantis case was a prohibition on mandates, having the decision to require a child wear them be up to the parents.

That's not preventing anyone from wearing a mask who wants one.

I guess if one business can force people to wear a mask in their establishment, another can ban the wearing of them altogether although I disagree with the premise of both.

I'd rather see all businesses allow those who want to wear them do so, and those who don't allowed to shop without one unless there is a state emergency mandate in force.
