I don't know how things are done in your church, but making light of what is holy is something that was frowned upon in all the churches I am used to going to. And if you know your Bible God creates people for a purpose. The Bible is filled with examples of leaders when were created by God and who found their purpose to lead. God places in each of us a desire to do something. It may not be to be a governor. It may be to be a school teacher or a firefighter.

In Desantis, because he is a believer he has found his purpose. To fight for certain things he believes in. God put that in him. To pursue those things. And so far he has been successful.
