That the Earth moves is a simple fact.
And here we have it, a simple fact, although God tells us the opposite.

That the Earth moves is a simple fact.
Bible was not dictated by God. Therefore your dilemma "God tells us the opposite" does not exist. And here we have it, a simple fact, although God tells us the opposite.
Where? And here we have it, a simple fact, although God tells us the opposite.
Where?
This is the same Psalm that says the wind has wings and the clouds are God's chariotPsalm 104:5 He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.
Same verses talk of the earth "fearing" God and the trees rejoicing. It is a hymn full of poetry1 Chronicles 16:30: "He has fixed the earth firm, immovable."
The word translated here as "earth" actually means "inhabited world" and became synonymous with the empirePsalm 93:1: "Thou hast fixed the earth immovable and firm ..."
Same word as Psalm 93. The NAS translates both the above verses as "Indeed, the world is firmly established"Psalm 96:10: "He has fixed the earth firm, immovable ..."
What translation says that? I've looked at dozens of translations and none of them say "He fixed it fast"Isaiah 45:18: "...who made the earth and fashioned it, and himself fixed it fast..."
If you understand English properly, you can see its not God saying it, but a human author saying it - "He did xyz", not "I did xyz".Psalm 104:5 He set the earth on its foundations; it can never be moved.

Every citation you provided is a citation of a man, not of God.Call it poetry, call it what you like but it still doesn't distract from the Bible the truth, that the earth is fixed & unmovable.
Let Gods word be true & every man a liar.
It's also a translation which is itself open to interpretation.Every citation you provided is a citation of a man, not of God.

I do not want to decipher the translation, provide me with a modern English one.So why does Paul say this.
King James Bible
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

You know why........Tell me then what you think it means and what you think it has to do with the topic.
Tell me then what you think it means and what you think it has to do with the topic. Or, you have no idea and hope I will somehow figure it out for you?You know why........

OK, this leads nowhere. All's I want to know is why Paul said this.......
Romans 3:4
God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
You don't know do you ?
How ironic that you prove the latter part of that verse by adding your own "word" to the verse you quoted. So why should we expect you, who unfaithfully adds to the Scriptures, to faithfully interpret other Scriptures?Call it poetry, call it what you like but it still doesn't distract from the Bible the truth, that the earth is fixed & unmovable.

Back to the point - no citations you provided is God saying the Earth is flat. All the citations were of men. If you are trying to say they lied (because you are still repeating the verse every man is a liar), I do not know what you want to arrive at.
