If you understand English properly, you can see its not God saying it, but a human author saying it - "He did xyz", not "I did xyz".

How ironic that you prove the latter part of that verse by adding your own "word" to the verse you quoted. So why should we expect you, who unfaithfully adds to the Scriptures, to faithfully interpret other Scriptures?
