So, Kate got super nauseous from the pain meds. Luke and I went to visit her, and she threw up within ten minutes. We joked, “was it something we said?”

She’s coming along, just in pain. Vitals are good, incision looks good, levels good. Her bladder is cramping a ton driving her crazy, but doctor says that’s the norm right after this.

Continued prayers are VERY much appreciated. I could truly feel the love and prayers and wishes of TAW during the surgery! I mean that....

Kate has been vomiting all day. She’s a nauseous mess. Poor thing is crying from vomiting...Dr. is phoning in some Zofran anti-nausea meds. I’ll be picking them up soon. This is AWFUL!!! Just doesn’t let up!!!

How awful! Nausea can be worse than pain.

The vomiting continued for a while...then I gave her the Zofran anti-nausea med and....she threw that up!!! Waited and gave her another and so far she’s kept it down. Poor thing says her head feels like a pounding jackhammer!! Tough watching her crying and suffering...
