We ain't twisting anything.
Conservatives are standing with the US Constitution.
It doesn't seem like it when they're refusing to follow the checks and balances of the Judiciary.
I do not believe rejecting SCOTUS like this is following the Constitution.

One of the key elements of the US Constitution is that it designates the Supreme Court as the final arbiter of constitutional disputes. You don't always have to agree with their rulings (heaven knows I don't), but you do have to follow them. Claiming that states are free to interpret the Constitution for themselves - and ignore SCOTUS rulings if they conflict - is a fundamental violation of the Constitution.

You've been corrected on this previously, so please quit reposting your false narrative. The South did not "remove" Lincoln from the ballot, it is the Republican Party (and the Lincoln campaign) did not qualify (and, I don't believe they even attempted) to be put on the ballot in those states.

To use the current day equivalent, it will be more like if RFK, Jr. does not get on the ballot in all 50 states, because he does not legally qualify (per the law of those states) to be put onto the ballot, it won't be because anyone "removed" him from ballots.
Trump was on the ballot in 2016 and 2020 and if he’s not on it this year it’s because he was removed .

Howie Hawkins was on the ballot in 2020. He's not on in 2024. That's not because he was removed, it was because he didn't apply.

You don't keep ballot access every election year. You have to apply, present paperwork, and qualify every election to get onto the ballot.

If, for example, a Candidate in 2020 moved out of the country, and changed their permanent address, etc, so that they have not been a US resident for the past 14 years come 2024, their applications to be placed onto the ballot would be rejected, since they fail one of the requirements to be eligible president.

Are you adding anything to the conversation here, or are you just going to continue to drop links without any commentary?
I was showing you evidence that the Border Patrol union disagrees with Joe and this SCOTUS ruling.

They can disagree with it all they want - But the SCOTUS ruling is the final say of the Judicial on this case.

The administration has plenty of Border Patrol officers that were already cutting the wire prior to Texas illegally restricting access. Those officers continue to be ready to cut the wire.

For every piece of wire cut down to allow the massive illegal immigration to continue, Texas will continue to put up more concertina wires to replace it.

The issue is described in most GOP messaging as a security challenge, when in reality it's a humanitarian challenge. These people are coming here out of desperation for a better life, yet the GOP messaging is all about self-defense.

Humanitarian challenge? Really?

Ok, how about Joe Biden and his cronies do something about the massive Human trafficking going on through the southern border?

It's unfortunately a very common trend in conservative positions. Things always framed in terms of defending oneself, one's family. Ignoring the fact that the people attempting to come in are doing so in order to try and pursue a better life for themselves and their families as well. They don't have the luxury of money or time to go through the purposefully tedious, expensive, and long immigration process. Trying to block them from coming with razor wire - designed to cause grievous physical injury - will only lead to more deaths and suffering. It's not compassionate at all.

If America is a shining city on a hill, it's frustrating to see people revolt and rage when people try to come to that land of opportunity.

Like I said, they are desperate people coming here in hopes of a better life. Any sentiment expressing that we need to defend ourselves from them is not the Spirit of Christ.

You would need to elaborate on what you're talking about. The instant you mention Biden and his cronies it sounds like you're believing propaganda.

The Holy Spirit convicts me of sin when I don't love others as myself, and I believe the devil uses semantics to deceive people into unconsciously accepting false premises.

Look, I wish they could’ve kept him off all the ballots because I want someone else to be the nominee but the 14th amendment, insurrection stuff is nonsense.
It is good to know that you can’t run for over a decade though

Do you really believe that human trafficking is NOT happening through our Southern border? Also, what is your opinion about illegal immigrants from China, Russia, the Middle East, and Africa coming in through our Southern border?
Read the news, watch the news videos from reporters on the scene and you will not see propaganda but real facts instead.
