Who of us said that God sits on a ball?
So I got the words wrong; you still quoted, and agreed with, d taylor who said that gravity was invented. No they weren't I said 'My argument exactly' get it right do![]()
I've told you several times that I am not a scientist. So your non the wiser either (figures)
And at least I can spell.
Not knowing the difference between there and their, accept and expect, your and you're and so on suggests carelessness - unless there is some other reason for it. And if you're careless about your writing; if the vibe you give off is "can't be bothered to look this up", then why should we take the contents of your posts seriously? (I mean, most of us don't anyway, but having badly spelt posts makes it even less likely.)Can't say I've ever noticed, I don't go around picking folks up on there spelling, I find it a bit childish.
Oh, the ironyI find it a bit childish.
If you went for a job and submitted an application form covered in mistakes, they would probably file it in the bin.
If you jump up, you fall down. That's what we call gravity.Explain it to me then.
1. Sitting on is not sitting above, you, being a native English speaker, have surprisingly low precision in wordingWell God must sit above a ball as apparently according to you guys he doesn't sit above the circle of the earth.
What is gravity or how does gravity work?

Gravity is not a theory, gravity is a fact you can measure and even experience.Einstein’s theory provides a more accurate description. Scientists are still working on improving or further understanding the theory of gravity.
We will probably never have a perfect theory of gravity.
Gravity is all but a theory.
If you accept gravity but you can't accept that "gravity keeps the seas on the ball", then you don't accept gravity.
Well you'll remain ignorant then. Then I guess I will never accept gravity & I will never accept that the moon has any influence on the seas tides.
Fanaticism. No discovery or rational dialog possible. Then I guess I will never accept gravity & I will never accept that the moon has any influence on the seas tides
Just another nonsense you pulled out of a thin air. No evidence, no logic in it, no sense in it. You could just as easily say that a huge dragon at the center of a flat earth causes it. Again, no rational dialog possible. At the center of our level earth there also exists a huge giant whirlpool that causes our sea tides.
Things they just don't want you to know.
Well you'll remain ignorant then.
