I didn't know that about potatoes. They're one of the foods I can take or leave. I do like them baked or lightly fried with onions. But if I don't have them on hand I don't think about them.
I'm giving up liquid coffee creamers. I love the Hershey's chocolate one from International Delight and the Snickers flavor from Coffee Mate. Right now all I have is about 1/4 of a container of Cinnebon flavor. When that's gone it's all out of my life forever.

I've been seeing and reading a lot of info about sugar, especially added sugar, being at the root of most of the illnesses in the world. So, slowly giving up sugar as much as possible, starting with the creamers. I don't put sugar in my bread anymore when I bake. Also switching from buying canned soup, like Progresso, to making my own. I looked at the label of a can of Progresso (and I only buy it when it's bargain basement on sale) and it had added sugar. In soup?!
My husband takes fish oil. I just take a multi and a D3.
