So, you can use your single time to excercise some stoicism and to be a better man. And you can of course also excercise physically to be more attractive and healthy.
And you can build your career to provide well for your future family.

I already exercise physically, b/c I sit all day at work & get eyestrain too so it helps to get physical activity. I've got compliments. Not from singles tho.
