  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Oh, yes. I think it's brilliant. Of course, I'm sure that it doesn't follow the book scene for scene, but I think that it captures the overall story and aura very well. To me, it was cast perfectly, except for grown up Cosette. Claire Danes did a great job, she's just not how I'd pictured her.

That story is one of those that I'm always getting something new out of. The last time I watched the movie, I was overwhelmed about how one of the main themes is grace, and how those who know anything about it have had it extended to themselves.

Awesome.

Yeah, Jean Valjean's experiences in the story were a big eye-opener for me when I first read this book, (I was around 15 or 16), having been raised with the teaching that following "the rules" and doing "the right thing" were one and the same.

What is your favorite restaurant and why?

There's a place up in Indianapolis called "The Ram." The atmosphere in and of itself is enough of a reason to go, but they make THE BEST turkey burger I've ever encountered.

If you could have a professional anything at your beck and call for a week, who would it be and why?

Do you think there is life on other planets?

If you were handed $500 with the strict stipulation that you had to spend it before midnight, and anything tangible would have to be returned if not used up, how would you spend it?
