What do you do when all your options are different sins?

Including doing nothing. Just choose the least evil?

This is an extremely good question that the church has yet to address in any meaningful way. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Love your neighbor as yourself. We are free from the law. The law is now love. Also dont forget that you need to take care of your own needs as you take care of others. If you kill yourself slowly by neglecting to take care of your self then you wont be able to help anyone.

Another question is, how do you know if that's all the available options? This is why, as many previous commenters have said, seeking wise counsel is important.

During Jesus's ministry, the pharisees and scribes would often ask him questions to trap Him where, they thought, there could be no correct answer. Yet, every time, Jesus responds to their traps in ways that goes beyond their comprehension.

I don't know what particular issue you're struggling with, but we need to acknowledge that we are all fallen humans, and our perspectives have been narrowed and corrupted by this. Just because we as an individual can't see a "righteous" (or non-sinful) option, that doesn't mean there aren't any.

One thing to remember, its just a little one, is that the love of God is shed into the heart, it is the Holy Ghost, and it is self neglect we see in Gods love, to follow..

Romans 5:5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

1 John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

The answer was given, if anyone remembers though...

Matthew 5:29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Matthew 5:30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

Matthew 18:9 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.
What have you cut off?

For example, lying to someone to hide something you know would be devastating to them.
I tend to think that the truth is always best, but do you need to say anything at all? I can think of situations in which a person does not need to know something, but also ones where you are not necessarily the person to tell them. At other times it may be that you have to tell despite the fact that it would hurt them. A question to ask yourself is "Would it harm them?" or would it harm them more, in the long run, to be lied to?

Sometimes we can turn a question off with a non-committal answer and I have prayed, at times, that no-one will ask me about something which I have not wanted known and the Lord answered and the topic never came up. At other times I know that I have to be open and honest.

I think it's important to be honest, but I don't think that is the same as full disclosure. It depends on the situation. But the Lord knows what should be done. Prayer is the best answer I think.

Lot has a righteous mans soul, and was not trying to do sin, at the time it must have been the Hebrews way to save a guest in your house..

2 Peter 2:7 And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy conversation of the wicked:
8 (For that righteous man dwelling among them, in seeing and hearing, vexed his righteous soul from day to day with their unlawful deeds;)
I think he was just doing the least bad thing, especially as the men were angels, but the horrible situation I referred to was created by the men not Lot.

Everyone suggesting counsel. I'm not criticizing counsel but let's not forget Job's counsel. Counsel isn't always helpful or right.
Good point! I think you have to be careful whom you ask, and perhaps ask the Lord for confirmation.

These are what you are to believe in doing..

1 Corinthians 10:32 Give none offence, neither to the Jews, nor to the Gentiles, nor to the church of God:
33 Even as I please all men in all things, not seeking mine own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

Philippians 1:10 That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ.

Acts 24:16 And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void to offence toward God, and toward men.

As I had said, it was common in Israel/culture, to prevent sin/evil by the means it is told us, in the scriptures..

Judges 19:22 Now as they were making their hearts merry, behold, the men of the city, certain sons of Belial, beset the house round about, and beat at the door, and spake to the master of the house, the old man, saying, Bring forth the man that came into thine house, that we may know him.
23 And the man, the master of the house, went out unto them, and said unto them, Nay, my brethren, nay, I pray you, do not so wickedly; seeing that this man is come into mine house, do not this folly.
24 Behold, here is my daughter a maiden, and his concubine; them I will bring out now, and humble ye them, and do with them what seemeth good unto you: but unto this man do not so vile a thing.
25 But the men would not hearken to him: so the man took his concubine, and brought her forth unto them; and they knew her, and abused her all the night until the morning: and when the day began to spring, they let her go.

You have totally peaked my curiosity...can you give a very vague example, or use metaphors, or throw US A bone of some sort so we at least know the options to pine through?.
