My objection and revulsion is not just toward actual cannibalism. It is also toward pretend cannibalism
It is what Christ commands however.

John 6:53-60
So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me, and I in him. As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”

When many of his disciples heard it, they said, “This is a hard saying; who can listen to it?

If people can provide where it says explicitly in scripture not to eat another man post it here. Thanks!
I found this and it may be helpful. "Cannibalism is mentioned several times in Scripture (Leviticus 26:29; Deuteronomy 28:53-57; Jeremiah 19:9; Lamentations 2:20; 4:10; Ezekiel 5:10), but in each case, the practice is regarded as a horrible curse and inhuman act of desperation. Moses and other prophets predicted that, if the Israelites forsook God, they would fall into such awful degradation as to cannibalize their own children. These harrowing prophecies were fulfilled during the siege of Samaria during the reign of King Jehoram (2 Kings 6:28-29). Cannibalism was the physical horror which accompanied the spiritual horror of apostasy (GotQuestions)."

But what if we were stranded on a deserted island and we made an agreement with one another that we could use the flash of one another to feed ourselves to Stave off starvation. Will it be okay then?

This kind of goes back to the scripture that talks about food sacrificed to idols. If the food is to be eaten with Thanksgiving in order to survive in the wilderness of a deserted island would it then be acceptable in the sight of the Lord since all parties agree to it?

Behind closed doors and among adults consensual cannibalism is perfectly acceptable provided precautions are taken. Always practice safe cannibalism. Internal meat temperatures must always exceed 145 F. And 'no' never means 'maybe you can eat my liver. ' No means 'no, you may not eat my liver, period.'

But surely we are not, as mankind fell from grace and the animals did not.

BTW, I heard human flesh does not taste like chicken.

The Peru flight survivor wrote his friend's flesh was "tasteless." So it obviously does not taste like chicken in case anybody was wondering.

We are unclean spiritually, but not in the same way that pigs and several other mammals are.

The Jewish historian Josephus reported hearing of a woman eating her own child during the Roman siege on Jerusalem in 70 AD.

Not to mention the scripture that speaks of not eating blood as life is in the blood. All parts of the body have blood.
Based on that I suppose you could eat their finger and toe nails.

I talked to a Jehovah's Witness about the religion's hatred of blood transfusions once. She said JWs frown on the procedure because blood provides nourishment. FWIW some of them are OK with having their own blood drawn out and put back; others do not. Where does Scripture state eating blood is a sin?

Why? Is that your prepping strategy?
According to Alexander Hislop in his book, The Two Babylons, the word cannibal has its origin in the the cana baal, or priests of Baal. It was their ceremonial action to eat the flesh of the human sacrifices. Clearly Satanic.
I wouldn't trust anything written by Hislop, especially any so called linguistic evidence.

Well, to their credit, it is now "cornerstone" in the NIV, Psalms 118:22, though I never read it. But I did find two current translations that still have the error of capstone and that is one, Tree of Life Version, TLV The Messianic Jewish Family Bible Society, and two, TPT The Passion Translation which says: "The very stone the masons rejected as flawed has turned out to be the most important capstone of the arch, holding up the very house of God."

When I am in doubt or questioning, I always refer to Young's Literal Translation that says, " A stone the builders refused Hath become head of a corner."

After the flood God permitted Noah and his descvendents to eat meat from clean animals.

No, that was later during the period of the Law. The first time God allowed man and beast to eat meat, was after the flood. "3 Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs. 4 But you shall not eat flesh with its life, that is, its blood." Up until then both man and beast were vegetarians. Only sacrifices to God were made from clean animals, so they knew the difference, but that was only for God. It was only law, during the period of the law, but not in the New Covenant when God cleansed unclean meat, so that nothing is unclean again.

Actually 9:5 is more fitting for the cannibilism discussion because it specifies human blood.

5And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each human being, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of another human being. (NIV)

In every case cannibalism is mentioned in the Bible it is related to a curse:

(Leviticus 26:29; Deuteronomy 28:53-57; Jeremiah 19:9; Lamentations 2:20; 4:10; Ezekiel 5:10),

After the global flood, God gave Noah permission to eat meat. "Everything that lives and moves about will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything” (Genesis 9:3). However, God specifies that the “food for you” does not include fellow human beings. People are treated much differently from animals: “Whoever sheds human blood, by humans shall their blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made mankind” (Genesis 9:6).

With what? They were on an airplane, so obviously none of them had weapons.
Airplanes are made of metal. This is basic survival skills.

What’s interesting is the group sat around eating each other and no one though about trying to find a way towards some civilization. Three finally decided two months later after an avalanche to find a way. And within days they came into contact with farmer/herders.

Uruguayan Air Force flight 571 | Crash, Rescue, & Facts

The remainder of the group was rescued the next two days.

From the link:
In the resulting media frenzy, the survivors revealed that they had been forced to commit cannibalism. The admission caused a backlash until one of the survivors claimed that they had been inspired by the Last Supper, in which Jesus gave his disciples bread and wine that he stated were his body and his blood. The explanation helped sway public opinion, and the church later absolved the men.
