Those who are perfected in Christ Jesus:

(New Testament | John 17:22 - 23)

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

(New Testament | Philippians 3:12 - 21)

12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.
13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you.
16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample.
18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ:
19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)
20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ:
21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

I have never, not once, met a perfect Mormon. I've met some who are extremely nice, but they aren't perfect. Pressing towards the mark isn't perfection. If you think getting a new body is perfection, it is not.

Hebrews 9
27
And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

So are you saying that the Bible is not of God, because the Bible contains the commandments?

Mormon view of the Bible:

Book of Mormon, 1 Nephi 13
29 And after these plain and precious things were taken away it[the Bible] goeth forth unto all the nations of the Gentiles; and after it goeth forth unto all the nations of the Gentiles, yea, even across the many waters which thou hast seen with the Gentiles which have gone forth out of captivity, thou seest—because of the many plain and precious things which have been taken out of the book, which were plain unto the understanding of the children of men, according to the plainness which is in the Lamb of God—because of these things which are taken away out of the gospel of the Lamb, an exceedingly great many do stumble, yea, insomuch that Satan hath great power over them.

Just like Paul we all look forward to being perfected through Jesus Christ.

You didn't answer my question. However many do stumble because they put themselves first and not God.

No, the Bible never says, "Put yourself first.!" The Book of Mormon says:

1 Nephi 13
29 ...because of the many plain and precious things which have been taken out of the book, [the Bible] which were plain unto the understanding of the children of men, according to the plainness which is in the Lamb of God—because of these things which are taken away out of the gospel of the Lamb, an exceedingly great many do stumble, yea, insomuch that Satan hath great power over them.

If it's a commandment to be perfect, why are you postponing it?

1 Nephi 3
7 And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them.

Pearl of Great Price, Abraham 3
25 And we will prove them herewith, to see if they will do all things whatsoever the Lord their God shall command them;

26 And they who keep their first estate shall be added upon; and they who keep not their first estate shall not have glory in the same kingdom with those who keep their first estate; and they who keep their second estate shall have glory added upon their heads for ever and ever.

Note to non-Mormons: The first estate is the pre-mortal existence. The second estate is mortality on earth.

What has God commanded?

Matthew 5
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

How many commandments must be kept?

Doctrine and Covenants 25
15 Keep my commandments continually, and a crown of righteousness thou shalt receive. And except thou do this, where I am you cannot come.

"Therefore let your heart be comforted; live in strict obedience to the commandments of God, and walk humbly before Him, and He will exalt thee in His own due time."

Joseph Smith, Letter to Vienna Jacques
D. H. C. 1:409

"We know not what we shall be called to pass through before Zion is delivered and established; therefore, we have great need to live near to God, and always be in strict obedience to all His commandments, that we may have a conscience void of offense toward God and man."
Joseph Smith, Jun., D. H. C. 1:449

“To get salvation we must not only do some things, but everything which God has commanded."

Joseph Smith, D. H. C. 6:223

And the Bible also states:

(Old Testament | Exodus 16:4)

4 ¶ Then said the LORD unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or no.

(Old Testament | Exodus 20:20)

20 And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.

(Old Testament | 1 Chronicles 29:17)

17 I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart,.......

(Old Testament | Job 23:10)

10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.

(New Testament | Acts 14:22)

22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

(New Testament | 1 Thessalonians 5:21 - 22)

21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22 Abstain from all appearance of evil.

(New Testament | James 1:12)

12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

(New Testament | John 14:15)

15 ¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.

(New Testament | Revelation 2:10 - 11)

10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

(New Testament | John 14:21)

21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Do you LOVE Jesus Christ by keeping the commandments?

(New Testament | John 14:15)

15 ¶ If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Are you trying to be perfect?

Matthew 5
48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

I am doing my best so I hope you are too.

Doing your best isn't enough. Nephi did as commanded. Why won't you? You could die tonight or tomorrow. Then it will be too late!

Book of Mormon, Helaman 13
38 But behold, your days of probation are past; ye have procrastinated the day of your salvation until it is everlastingly too late, and your destruction is made sure; yea, for ye have sought all the days of your lives for that which ye could not obtain; and ye have sought for happiness in doing iniquity, which thing is contrary to the nature of that righteousness which is in our great and Eternal Head.

D&C 45
2 And again I say, hearken unto my voice, lest death shall overtake you; in an hour when ye think not the summer shall be past, and the harvest ended, and your souls not saved.

Alma 34
32 For behold, this life is the time for men to prepare to meet God; yea, behold the day of this life is the day for men to perform their labors.
33 And now, as I said unto you before, as ye have had so many witnesses, therefore, I beseech of you that ye do not procrastinate the day of your repentance until the end; for after this day of life, which is given us to prepare for eternity, behold, if we do not improve our time while in this life, then cometh the night of darkness wherein there can be no labor performed.
34 Ye cannot say, when ye are brought to that awful crisis, that I will repent, that I will return to my God. Nay, ye cannot say this; for that same spirit which doth possess your bodies at the time that ye go out of this life, that same spirit will have power to possess your body in that eternal world.
35 For behold, if ye have procrastinated the day of your repentance even until death, behold, ye have become subjected to the spirit of the devil, and he doth seal you his; therefore, the Spirit of the Lord hath withdrawn from you, and hath no place in you, and the devil hath all power over you; and this is the final state of the wicked.

Why do Mormons procrastinate?

Are you really concerned with my salvation? Perhaps you should be concerned with your own salvation and LOVE Jesus Christ by keeping the commandments. Have you kept this one:

(New Testament | Matthew 5:48)

48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

If not:

(New Testament | Matthew 7:3 - 5)

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?
5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.

I don't see a mote in your eye. I see someone trying to be a good Mormon, but not yet perfect. Mormonism says there are no commandments a person can't keep.
