Armageddon happens at Jesus Return. He merely disposes of the armies by the Sword of His Word. Nothing like what is described over 100 times about the terrible fire, earthquakes, storms and tsunamis of the DoL.
Armageddon will be the final destructive action occurring during of the Day of the Lord ...

-During the earthquake Great Babylon will be punished with fire and brimstone -
-And also ,there will fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent:
a talent =100lbs
-And just before the marriage supper the Battle of Armageddon...

21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.
