Sorry, you have the CO2 levels backwards. Historically Co2 levels increase during HOT times. People just make up alternate realities and others just swallow their lies.

But despite the man-made global warming fear movement’s clarion call of alarm, many scientists are dismissing the 400ppm level of carbon dioxide as a non-event. Scientists point out that there are literally hundreds of factors that govern Earth’s climate and temperature – not just CO2. Renowned climatologists have declared that a doubling or even tripling of CO2 would not have major impacts on the Earth’s climate or temperature.
Scientists also note that geologically speaking, the Earth is currently in a “CO2 famine” and that the geologic record reveals that ice ages have occurred when CO2 was at 2000 ppm to as high as 8000ppm. In addition, peer-reviewed studies have documented that there have been temperatures similar to the present day on Earth when carbon dioxide was up to twenty times higher than today’s levels. And, a peer-reviewed study this year found that the present day carbon dioxide level of 400 ppm was exceeded — without any human influence — 12,750 years ago when CO2 may have reached up to 425 ppm.
Either way, I don't worry about such stuff. It seems every day they come up with something that will kill ya or kill the environment. I have never felt the need to join the Chicken Little Society.

funny my news sources say global warming doesn't exist. At least not as a response of mans efforts. Water vapor is a green house gas, so watering a lawn has more to do with warming the globe than emissions. One link shows scientists have been hacking the numbers on data reports to make them warmer than they really are. your study says islands are disappearing, but in the bermuda triangle, islands have appeared.

this is an appeal to authority, you can mention real scientists have a dozen times, and I can mention another half a dozen who say the opposite.

What are we laymen to do when faced with contradictory reporting? We can at least check on the things we can see for ourselves. Are glaciers actually retreating all around the world? I've been to Juno, Alaska and they've shown me there how far back their glacier has retreated. Are temperatures getting warmer? We see more heat records being broken every year and far fewer cold records being broken. Reports come in about islands going away . . . I find them compelling, and wonder why you don't. I suppose everything has to be considered as part of God's plan for those of us that are Christian. and for many others of different religious affiliations. Could global warming be reversed? The evidence of it happening in the past would suggest it could happen again. I would however prefer to avoid another ice age.

It would seem to me the changes from "normal" to "warming" and/or "Ice age" happen over spans of time that are measured over several human lifetimes rather than years. But of course, taking the looooong view, the earth will cool again. And taking the loooong loooong view the sun will swell and engulf the earth in a few billion years.

Its just a shifting of sand into one spot by the vagaries of ocean currents. Such shiftings are always taking place, and there's no reason to doubt the gradual rising of ocean levels just because they still happen. There is also the possibility of a volcano causing an island to appear.

This is two questions in one, that should be divided.
1. "Is there any hope for humanity to reverse Anthropogenic Global Warming?"
Assuming AGW is real (despite the lack of scientific data), the answer is that if there is, it starts with you. Anything made by men can be undone by men, but change ONLY occurs on the individual level. Collectively, nothing can be changed.
2. "Is Anthropogenic Global Warming part of YHWH's plan?"
Unknowable.
