I don't believe theyre Israelis. If there were 144K pure in Israel, the Lord ALmighty would not allow for the attacks against her.

MOF.....if there were 10, for their sake He would spare her as He always had.;)

Is that why God told Soloman to turn his shields into the sun, towards the encroaching Egyptian Army, which drove them into the ravine that ultimately destroyed the Egyptian Army that day?

I did some reasearch recently on Isreal. I was watching a show which claimed that the Catholics blamed the Jews for Crucifying Jesus, and the Jews blamed the Romans ( Catholics) for Crucifying Jesus. Jesus specifically stated many times that he layed his life down for us, and no man takes his life, except for he gives it up. He was God for pete's sake. He could have easily disappeared, or slipped out. I think if the Jews, and the Christians both stop arguing this point, they would get along much better, and come to a reasonable conclusion. Jesus gave up his own life for us. The reason I brought in the Catholic Church, is because the show did not mention there were Protestant, or Non Denominational Churches in Isreal. Iy just mentioned Catholic, Muslim, and Jewish religions inside of Isreal.

The whole "Jews didn't crucify Jesus, the Romans did it" is so typical of their legalistic nonsense. The crucifixion story is all right there, written down. Jesus clearly said to Pilate, "He who handed me over to you is guilty of a greater sin." He tried to release Jesus, he chickened out. He tried to free him as part of a Jewish Passover tradition, the Jews wanted Barabbas. It may have been God's will--even prophesied--that Judas would betray Him, too, but that does not absolve Judas, and he is still in Hell to this day.

Then again, in John 10:18:

No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. This charge I have received from my Father.”
19There was again a division among the Jews because of these words. 20Many of them said, “He has a demon, and is insane; why listen to him?” 21Others said, “These are not the words of one who is oppressed by a demon. Can a demon open the eyes of the blind?”

Jesus made the Blind man see. How could he not have been able to vanish into thin air? He walked on water. He was the Sacrificial Lamb anyway. He was even prepared for it. He being the Lamb was prepared in the same manner as the Jews always symbolically prepare their lambs for sacrifice. He was clean prior to being sacrificed (without sin) there were three days he was prepared for it... I heard the story once, and unfortunately am unable to regurgitate it now.

That is a good point.

What?????!!! That is not Scriptural, my friend. What about the Assyrian and Babylonian exiles? What about Titus destroying Jerusalem in 70A.D?? God never spared them of those atrocities. And how do you know that Jews spread around the world are not pure Jewish? There are orthodox Jews in my city and they have not been mixed with other religions or cultures.

There are 144K from each tribe who will become believers so only two tribes returned to Israel after the Babylonian exile. Therefore, the 144K from the other ten tribes have or will return to Israel. Once a person is an Israeli citizen, he is an Israeli. Some may return after they have accepted Jesus. In recent years, thousands have returned from around the world. They are Israelis now.

God told the Israelites to kill all of the pagans when He brought them to the Promised Land. They did not. He didn't want them to blend in and be influenced by pagans. Because they didn't obey, they are having problems now. So it is not God's lack of protection that has been a problem. They brought these things upon themselves by not obeying Him.

He has always spared many during the various attacks from their neighbors. There are even records of miracles occuring during the attacks, such as a field of landmines the Israeli troops were about to cross. A great wind came up and they stopped because they couldn't see with the sand blowing all around them. When the wind stopped, all of the landmines were uncovered. There are others but the point is that God has always stood with His people, whether free or in exile, whether in slavery or persecution. He never leaves them or forsakes them because of His Covenant with Abraham.

I was speaking of Jews who had true and steadfast faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Redeemer, irt my use of the word "pure".

And truly, you can remember those who were "pure", such as Abraham and Lot for instance, who remained steadfast during tribulation, and how their faith spared them, and in many other instances, the entire nation from tribulation.

After some leaders of the anti-illegal immigration groups in America came after me, storms hit their towns in odd ways. These unusual storms hit almost the same time these folks did me wrong. I also had storms hit around the city in which I live in, and through those storms, I was able to figure out who the culprits were behind my personal problems at the time. Much the same way Moses heard thunder claps made by God, God sent storms in my "unbeknownst to me" foes' cities to alert me to my problems, and to protect me at the same time. I had a rough time staying alive in 2011, but I don't think Jesus is done with me yet.

Raleigh North Carolina was hit by a huge Hurricane, and nearly destroyed. A leader of an anti-illegal immigration group in Raleigh did me wrong, in my hometown, through a "long arm", but I am still here to share it and preach to you, so....:preach: Phoenix had a huge dust storm hit, and an anti-illegal immigration leader near Phoenix didn't do me too wrong, but wrong just the same . The severity of the storms were probably commensurate with the degrees of ill will I recieved from the leaders of the anti-illegal immigration folks. I won't mention any names of the leaders, or their groups names. These were not the only storms in which I recognized as signs. There were many more. Last week my city was supposed to get 60 mph winds, and I asked Jesus to spare my house and I would finally tell you all this. So here I am back again, and my house was spared. :)
Like I wrote earlier, Jesus sent me to "tell them", and so over the years I finally got proof of major problems with anti-semitism in the U.S., among other things.

I am guessing this is what, and why it happenned, through my own personal experiences. God loves, and protects his chosen people, no matter how small they are, because he made a covenant with them. God also protects his prophets.

Hurricane Irene hit Raleigh last year. It caused downed trees and power outages, but hardly the devastation as the tornado that hit, say, Joplin, MO. The worst natural disaster I'm aware of to hit Raleigh was a tornado that hit south Raleigh back in the 90's (Floyd hit in 1999 and caused some flooding).

Tulc, what's a Poe?

Many years ago a poster of these forums whose name was Nathan Poe made a mention of what he called "Poe's Law" in the same naming scheme as "Godwin's Law" and other eponymous laws or adages. The "law" says, in effect, that:

"Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of fundamentalism that someone won't mistake for the real thing."

That is, it is impossible to tell the difference between the parody and the real thing without an obvious cue. A "Poe" therefore is one who is parodying extreme and absurd views, either to point out how absurd such views are or for the sake of trolling.
