    Sometimes I write every day, and sometimes I go several weeks without writing anything. Usually, though, I'm somewhere in between. :) Ideally, I like to write something at least five days a week, preferably around one thousand words a day; but I'll settle for a hundred words some days. Depends...

    I tend to start with an idea, write a little to get a feel for the story/characters, then sit back and plot it out, and then go back to writing it. Sometimes I plan it before I start writing; but I don't do well without a specific plot in mind (and I don't trust myself not to forget key points...
