If you read the whole 2 pages of Haggai, he was referring to Zerubbabel's temple and the much more "glorious" Herod's temple. That's history and anyone who can read can see that. It's why God said it would be in a little while. This simply demonstrates your inability to understand the Prophetic Word.
Apart from the scriptures I have already presented, Haggai 2:8 The splendour of this latter House will surpass that of the former.
520 BC | The Word of the LORD by Haggai | Haggai 1, 2 |
520 BC | The Word of the LORD to Zechariah | Zechariah 1 - 14 |

It was said over and over again starting in the old covenant. Here are just a few of the many. That assertion is wrong. Neither Peter or Jesus said that there will never be another physical Temple.
Isaiah 66:1-2
This is what the LORD says: “Heaven is My throne, and earth is My footstool. What kind of house will you build for Me? Or where will My place of repose be? / Has not My hand made all these things? And so they came into being,” declares the LORD. “This is the one I will esteem: he who is humble and contrite in spirit, who trembles at My word.
1 Kings 8:27

Matthew 5:34-35
But I tell you not to swear at all: either by heaven, for it is God’s throne; / or by the earth, for it is His footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
Acts 17:24
The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and does not live in temples made by human hands.
