Also The Bible in The Gospel of John never states to trust in Jesus for Eternal Life.

We trust God for things He has not explicitly promised.
We believe God for things He has promised.

No there is no plenty for sin, as Jesus on the cross took away the sin of the world. People end up in the lake of fire, for one reason only, they never received The Life of God because they never believed in Jesus for The Life of God.

The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!
-----------------------------------
Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
----------------------------------
My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.
Yes, that is why Jesus is called "Saviour." He saves from sin, its guilt and punishment. Incidentally I think you meant, "No there is no penalty for sin." "Plenty for sin" doesn't make much sense.

How can I improve my saving message?

Repentance is done when one believes in Jesus for eternal life.

Short version

To go to Heaven and be saved(eternal life), believe on the Lord Jesus Christ(who is God and our Savior) for eternal life. This means to be saved, believe and trust in Jesus alone that he saved you. In addition, you should believe and trust that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again for our justification of our sins.

Long version

To go to Heaven and be saved(eternal life), believe on the Lord Jesus Christ(who is God and our Savior) for his guaranteed promise of eternal life. This means to be saved, believe, trust and have faith in Jesus alone that he saved you. In addition, you should believe, trust and have faith in the gospel that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day. The shed blood of Jesus washes clean and justifies all our sins. The gospel is according to the scriptures for our justification of our sins.

Trust is assured reliance on the character, ability, strength, or truth of someone or something. More specifically we will use the following that trust means firm belief in the truth of something or someone, in this case that Jesus alone saved you. Also trust means to rely on and a bold, sure and confident security. Also to have faith and to place confidence in something or someone.

Rely on means to need for help; depend on(to be determined or decided by). To believe or trust something or someone. To expect with confidence or be certain that something will happen or exist.

Confident/confidence means to have strong belief and strong certainty in. Confidence also means to have the belief that one can rely on someone or something and that one will act in a right, proper or effective manner.

Faith means to have belief in something or someone without complete proof or the substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen.

Assured: Characterized by certainty or security. GUARANTEED. Very confident: self assured. Sure that something is certain or true. A being certain in the mind. Confidence of mind or manner : easy freedom from self-doubt or uncertainty.

Reliance, in its simplest form, means depending on or trusting in something or someone.

"Depend on" means to be reliant on something or someone, either for support, guidance, or to be affected by it. It can also imply trust and confidence in someone or something. To be determined or decided by something else.

Relying on Jesus for salvation means placing your faith in Him, turning away from your own efforts, and trusting in His sacrifice for your sins. It's about acknowledging that your salvation comes solely from His grace and power, not from your own good deeds or righteousness. This includes trusting in His death and resurrection as the payment for your sins and accepting Him as Lord and Savior.

Placing faith in him, often understood within a religious context, signifies relying on and trusting in a divine figure or a higher power. This trust involves believing in their promises, following their guidance, and surrendering one's will to their divine plan. It's a commitment to a specific spiritual path and can manifest in various ways, including prayer, meditation, or simply living a life aligned with that faith.

Security is the primary focus, referring to the protection from harm, risk, or danger.

Thank you.

your zeal to share salvation through faith in Jesus is a blessing John 3:16. To clarify the Gospel, proclaim that true faith trusts Jesus, believing upon him being truly God and truly man (John 1:14; Phil. 2:6–8), who lived sinlessly Matt. 5:17, died for our sins, and rose again on the 3rd day for our justification (1 Cor. 15:3–4; Rom. 4:25) as prophecied in the Scripture, saving us from God’s wrath (Rom. 1:18; Rom. 5:9).

Repentance, turning from sin and unbelief, flows from faith as its fruit (Mark 1:15; Acts 3:19; John 16:8–9), not a work to earn salvation Rom. 3:28. Assurance of our salvation flows from Christ. For there is no condemnation for those who believe. Romans 8:1 for their salvation. It is the person and work of Christ that we believe in for our salvation. Repentance follows faith in Christ.

What Jesus accomplished on the cross was that he was the payment for all sin for all time, past present and future.

So if you say there is punishment for sin, then obviously i guess you believe Jesus did not take away the sin of the world and failed in the part of his death. So there must still be a need for sacrifices for sins.

Even though Ephesians is written to people who are believers and not evangelistic, the the words trusted and believed are used interchangeably in Ephesians 1:13. It doesn't matter where believe and trust were used interchangeably. To believe in Jesus is to trust in Jesus.

Do you notice that the word trusted is in italics (trusted). Meaning trusted was not part of the original Greek.

Here is Ephesians 1:13
Ephesians 1:13 Interlinear: in whom ye also, having heard the word of the truth -- the good news of your salvation -- in whom also having believed, ye were sealed with the Holy Spirit of the promise,

I did not know that trusted is in italics. Even though it Is not part of the original Greek, trusted is still likely to be accurate.

How can I improve my saving message?
It is great that you are preparing how to say the Gospel. Many Christians never do this, but the Bible does say we should make a defence for our faith. So, be prepared.

I often share the Gospel.
Once I have shown people that they have fallen short of God's standards, the 10 Commandments, I then share the Gospel with them. That Jesus died in our place for our sins. Then I say to people:
"To be saved, you need to believe in the sacrifice that Jesus made, that He died in your place for your sins. Then, if you believe you are going to act accordingly and change path. You would tell God how sorry you are by confessing your sins, and then you would choose to turn from them to live in a way that pleases Him. And when you do this, you’re not trying to earn your way to heaven by doing good deeds, because that is impossible. What you are doing is you are choosing to honour God with your life. You’re putting Him first.
So, put your trust in Jesus, repent of your sin and then live in a way that honours Him. And if you do this, and you truly mean it, God can wash you clean and grant you everlasting life as a free gift.
"

People end up in the lake of fire, for one reason only, they never received The Life of God because they never believed in Jesus for The Life of God.
But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. Rev 21:8

Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Matt 7:21

Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness! Matt 7:22-23

If someone believes but continues in sin, then on the day of Judgement, they are in big trouble.
If you believe you are going to act in accordance with your belief. Beliefs shape the way we act. For instance, if I told you that there is a land mine in the path, if you chose not to believe, then you would continue on the same path and walk right into it. But if you believed, then you would change your direction and walk around it. Likewise, if you believe that Jesus died a terrible death in your place for your sins, you will then act accordingly and change path. You would come to God with a sincere heart, confessing your sins, telling Him how sorry you are, and then you would not want to continue sinning. You would choose to honour God instead.
So, it is by grace through faith that we are saved. But those who believe will have a change within them where they will want to honour God.

You see then that a man is justified by works, and not by faith only. James 2:24
James is simply saying that it is by faith we are saved, but there are works that accompany someone who truly believes. Many believe and are not saved. Even the demons believe, and they are not saved.
You should trust Lord Jesus to save you because trust is used interchangeably with believe in the bible.
In Ephesians 1:12-13

(12 That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ.
13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise.)
Well said.
What Jesus accomplished on the cross was that he was the payment for all sin for all time, past present and future.

So if you say there is punishment for sin, then obviously i guess you believe Jesus did not take away the sin of the world and failed in the part of his death. So there must still be a need for sacrifices for sins.
So, are you saying that as long as you believe, you can continue in the most abhorrent sins possible, and you will be saved? Like, you could kill someone weekly and as long as you believe, then you are saved. That is not true. You are teaching a false gospel.
Even though Ephesians is written to people who are believers and not evangelistic, the the words trusted and believed are used interchangeably in Ephesians 1:13. It doesn't matter where believe and trust were used interchangeably. To believe in Jesus is to trust in Jesus.
The word "believe" in Greek is pisteuō. It means to believe or put your trust in. So, you can word it whichever way you like. It means the same thing.

Reading this post and your responses to the comments tells me you pretty much have the concept down pat. I would just add another idea to the discussion on the meaning of faith.

In Hebrews we read the following...

For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest (Heb 4:2–3).

and...

For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His. (Heb 4:10)

The point is that if a person has rested all his weight on Christ, then he has topped trying to earn salvation through being good.

Thank you for your response. What does "believe in" Jesus for salvation entail with "believe in" as the main point? Does believe on Jesus Christ for eternal life or does believe in Jesus alone that he saved you, mean you believe in Jesus for salvation?
It means that you're convinced that he really saved you. That you're always saved no matter what you do.

Good day,

The Bible does define what eternal life is....

Joh 17:1 When Jesus had spoken these words, he lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, “Father, the hour has come; glorify your Son that the Son may glorify you, since you have given him authority over all flesh, to give eternal life to all whom you have given him. And this is eternal life, that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent. I glorified you on earth, having accomplished the work that you gave me to do. And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed. “I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you. For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me. I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours. All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them.

Correct the bible never says to believe in Jesus as your Savior...

The question is Saved from what?

IN Him,

Bill
This is good. There’s a lot more to who this Jesus is, whom we believe in, and a lot more to the reason for believing in Him than repeating some mantra that we’ve heard, perhaps while wondering why that's important. Jesus came to reveal the true God. To see Jesus is to see God (John 14:9), to know Jesus is to know God. To come to believe in, hope in, and love Jesus is to believe in, hope in, and love God, and that is the basis of our reconciliation with God, the reason Jesus came, the reason Jesus reveals Him. And that reconciled union with God is the basis of our justice, righteousness, and therefore of our salvation. It’s our very created purpose, to know and love God.
Through him you believe in God, who raised him from the dead and glorified him, and so your faith and hope are in God.” 1 Pet 1:18

So this isn’t just a matter of concepts, or a head-game, or about a change in legal status before God, either. It’s a relationship, a communion that begins in this life and grows stronger unto eternal life, and which is fully consummated only in the next life, when we finally meet “face to face”.
