Humanity can not even make its way back to God, but yet people believe humanity can explore and give accounts of God's creation.
Hmmm... my daughter just made her way to Seoul and back based on man's account of God's Creation of a spherical earth, and navigatinmg based on signals from a device orbiting in the space you claim doesn't exist. Can we be sure that Korea even exists in the world you think God designed? After all, it isn't mentioned in the Bible.
The long and the short of is that the descriptions in Genesis are a cursory (at best) view of Creation, in a poetic form, and based on what an Earthbound observer could see.
That part we pretty much have nailed. It took orders of magnitude more than the few paragraphs on the subject in the Bible. That should tell you something right there. Once again, Genesis isn't a scientific book. It's a religious book, the purpose of which is to say, in sufficient detail for that purpose, that God Made Everything. You're looking at the advertising brochure for for a 2025 plug-in hybrid car and thinking that it explains everything that the car is made from, how its built, all the parts in it to the last wire and washer. and how they all work. Now expand that by a few zillion times to explain God's creation. Can you not see how ridiculous that is? And to go the rxtent of denying stuff that God has designed and made that's plainly visible to anyone who cares to look because it isn't described in the brochure. "It didn't say nothing about no computers on the engine and transmission talking to each other to control ignition timing and adjusting drive ratios in a CVT transmission in real time in the advertising, so none of that is real." That's simply goofy. (And BTW, modern cars do work like that, believe it or not. Or at least my '24 Hyundai does.)
Oh yeah. God said "Be!" and everything was. He never took any thought for how everything would fit together and interact, at least in your belief. It just "happened". And if it's just a little serving-tray-and-glass-cover universe, maybe He didn't need to do much planning. But the real universe was
designed, in a level of detail that we still haven't fathomed yet, and may never. It's a near-enough infinite Creation for the Infinite God. To deny it an act of hubris.
