^^^ this is fine behavior all Christians should aspire to then?
The only thing that makes it bad is whether you agree with the policies the listeners might want to see?
Just trying to figure it out. The Democrats can name call and it's fine, they can hold multiple political events at Madison Square Gardens without being accused of being Nazis, they can have gutteral racist humor and that is perfectly acceptable to supposedly good Christians but if, on the right side of the aisle anyone even appears to have been raised in the same culture the Democrats peddle daily and suddenly we are an evil to be stomped down, suppressed, and painted as monsters.
Comedy is subjective for the most part its contextual. Its the majority audience who will determine whether its funny or not and it seems at least for George Lopez most people think a Mexican making comedy about Mexicans is funny.

"He’s Mexican making a Mexican joke" — Internet defends George Lopez's Mexicans speech after criticizing Tony Hinchcliffe's Puerto Rico joke
American comedian and actor George Lopez recently made an appearance at the Harris-Walz campaign on October 27, 2024, in Phoenix, Arizona.www.sportskeeda.com
That was the answer I was going to give to @Hazelelponi - that it’s generally considered more acceptable to make these sorts of jokes when the speaker and the audience are both from the group at the butt of the joke, which was the case with Lopez. I’m not going to say that I’d advise making a joke like that, but a Mexican making a joke like that in Phoenix, where a sizable percentage of the crowd is likely of Mexican descent, is likely to be about the most okay context for it.
OTOH, Hinchcliffe is not Puerto Rican, nor, presumably, was much of his audience.
But of course the Woke Left cannot understand such humor as they are so fixated ideology.
Huh? The “woke left” laughed at Lopez’ joke but not Hinchcliffe’s, meaning that we DO understand the difference.
