Did the FBI raid Biden’s private resident?
They didn't have to. Special Council Robert Hur: Five things in the Biden classified documents report

"Mr Biden turned in classified documents to the National Archives and the Department of Justice, consented to the search of multiple locations including his homes, sat for a voluntary interview. and in other ways cooperated with the investigation.

"Unlike the evidence involving Mr. Biden, the allegations set forth in the indictment of Mr Trump, if proven, would present serious aggravating facts.

"Most notably, after being given multiple chances to return classified documents and avoid prosecution, Mr Trump allegedly did the opposite. According to the indictment, he not only refused to return the documents for many months, but he also obstructed justice by enlisting others to destroy evidence and then to lie about it."

But you already knew that, so what was the point of the question?

Former presidents taking classified materials, refusing to give them back, and trying to hide them from investigators is also anything but standard procedure. Unprecedented problems require unprecedented solutions.
Why would a senator or a vice president have classified documents?

That is the guy that thinks Jeffery Epstein was brilliant and a good friend, and he helped get him a non-prosecution agreement the first time Epstein was investigated.
He can be wrong about Epstein and still be right about this.

Why would a senator or a vice president have classified documents?
Believe it or not, senators are cleared for classified materials that pertain to the committees they serve on. And VPs have classification/declassification authority for certain areas.

Well that’s the dispute, isn’t it? His position is that same President, he is the one who decides who is authorized.
While the president does have declassification authority, there is still a procedure that must be followed. Trump did not follow it, so the documents he had were not declassified. And he does not have the sole authority to authorize anyone to view classified materials - otherwise, he could legally hand any classified materials to Iran, or North Korea, or Russia, or any other foreign power. Which would be preposterous.
You can’t have it both ways; is unprecedented AND standard procedure.
The procedure is standard. The subject of the standard procedure is unprecedented.

Is it normal practice to share the classified documents with a ghost writer who’s working on a book for the former Senator and VP?
What kind of clearance did he have?

CF doesn’t allow posts that are that long
And yet you thought a 48-second video would sum things up?

Hur has no proof that that happened, and Biden claims that he did not share classified material with his ghostwriter.
Oh? Enter the Administrative State apologist.
Says the monarchy apologist.

Says the monarchy apologist.
Special counsel Robert K. Hur testified Tuesday that President Biden revealed classified documents about the War in Afghanistan to his ghostwriter in February 2017 and “read classified information out loud” to him.

The author did not hold a security clearance.

The testimony undermines Mr. Biden‘s argument that he did not willfully take or share classified information.
Mr. Hur, appearing before the House Judiciary Committee in his first public appearance about his probe into Mr. Biden‘s possession of classified government documents, said the conversations were captured on audio recordings.

“I just found all the classified documents downstairs,” the president said on the audio recordings, according to Mr. Hur.

But the point was that the issue of lacking a current photo ID disproportionately impacts certain groups more than others. Obviously I understand that most people from all demographic groups have a driver's license, but the issue of some people not having them isn't one that's evenly spread across the various demographics.
The government can facilitate ID for these free of charge.

These were the stats I was referring to:
  • Nearly 29 million voting-age U.S. citizens lacked a valid driver's license and more than 7 million had no other form of non-expired government-issued photo identification.
  • In states with strict photo identification laws in 2020, more than 3 million voting-age U.S. citizens did not have a current driver's license, and more than 1 million did not have a non-expired government-issued photo identification.
  • More than 11 million people ages 18–29 did not have a current driver's license, and more than 3 million did not have any unexpired government issued photo ID.
  • Members of underrepresented racial and ethnic groups were less likely to have a current driver's license or other government-issued photo ID. An estimated 1.86 million Black non-Hispanic Americans (6.2%) and 1.86 million Hispanic Americans (6.1%) lack a photo ID, as do 4.5% of those who identify as Native American, Native Alaskan or another race. This compares to just 2.3% of White non-Hispanic Americans and 1.6% of Asian, Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander Americans.

...and like I noted, being that state-level GOP entities were being selective about what types of ID would be considered makes me question their their sincerity about this.
Again the government can facilitate voter Id, for people that have valid reasons for being unable on their won to get one.
If the stat was "6.2% of white southern baptists don't have a current drivers license or government issued photo ID", I sincerely question whether or not the GOP would be pushing for measures like these.

Not to mention, there are some challenges (especially for students) in this regard
Anyone with a valid reason to not have access to voter ID can be facilitated by the government.

It does not matter to these people.

You can’t have it both ways; is unprecedented AND standard procedure.
But his position is not that of a President. He is a civilian currently.

You are trying to twist yourself in a knot to have things both ways and either intentionally or unintentionally misinterpreted the subjects of what you are complaining about, which are two different things. The one being discussed as unprecedented is the refusal to give back the classified documents. The one being discussed as standard procedure is the authorisation of the use of force.
Two different things, this should not be hard to understand.

This is just one of many lies. Going after a President of the United States via law fare is anything but standard procedure based on 240 years of jurisprudence.
The "deadly force rules" recently reported in the news are absolutely part of standard FBI procedure when serving *any* search warrant.

Are they claiming that Hur lied under oath?
I believe that Hur thinks Biden shared classified information with his ghostwriter, so no, he's not lying. He's just asserting something for which he has no proof.
And last time I checked audio recordings qualified as proof
“I just found all the classified documents downstairs,” the president said on the audio recordings, according to Mr. Hur.
A person saying "I just found this thing" does not constitute them reading it or showing it to anyone.

The audio recordings do not include Biden actually reading any classified information. Specifically, the classified information that Biden purportedly shared is his notes/diary entries pertaining to discussions in the Situation Room and other conversations that may have been classified. Biden claims that he skipped over anything he thought might be classified. Some of the audio recordings have been deleted (for reasons that Hur found satisfactory), but the transcripts do not contain any classified information, and neither do the books, so there is no evidence of any wrongdoing.

Why would a senator or a vice president have classified documents? Maybe VP but a senator?
The pertinent question is why someone who has them would refuse to give them back. Maybe you could concentrate on that.
