It was a violation of the Constitution to seize those records. I wonder if the same people who are on this privilege review team are also on the investigatory team. Hopefully this will be sorted out at impeachment time.

Where in the Constitution does it say an ex-President is immune to prosecution for theft, mishandling classified material and obstruction of justice. Trump robbed the Federal government, now he he may claim he has been robbed. He did not want to return Federal property, now he has lost his own property.

Trump's Constitutional Rights. Trump's hand picked AG Barr, who Trump gave high praise when AG Barr quit, also stated that the Search Warrant was justified (as I pointed out to your previously). Are you sure it's the FBI? I mean, if the Trump circle was known for and good at anything, it's leaking. This is the same admin who had to routinely peruse staffers cell phones because of leaks. Also keep in mind we would have never known about the Mar a Largo search if it were not for Trump. Nor would we have known what was taken if it weren't for Trump. Also keep in mind there is someone within or around Trump and Mar a Largo who are ratting Trump out.
