Your images provide no context. The picture shows kids with what look like guns. The gun in the middle picture has a red flash at the end of the kind used to ID toy guns. I have no way to tell if the rest are real or not. Given the size of the children most of the "guns" seem rather small.

Your images provide no context. The picture shows kids with what look like guns. The gun in the middle picture has a red flash at the end of the kind used to ID toy guns. I have no way to tell if the rest are real or not. Given the size of the children most of the "guns" seem rather small.

The context is, these people don't care who is in harms way. Who is endangered. And to blame others for it, just encourages the value of it for them? What more context do you need. Thats it like that college president,,,, kill the Jew's, contextual whether its against school policy.

That's not a context for 3 pictues of kids with "guns" of unidentified status or location. I have no idea where those pictures were taken. Perhaps it was in Senora.

Do a Google piccie search and the title of each says they are toy guns. And one doesn't have to go far from home to find pictures of kids with real guns. Which as problematic as that is in itself, is simply not the point. They were being used as an argument that some of those scores of children in the West Bank killed by Israelis are somehow not innocent victims of this horror show.

Not even thoughts and prayers this time around. Not even a hint that it's inescapably a tragedy. Not a glimmer of sympathy. Just another implication that small children are somehow guilty and are valid targets.

This is just simply too depressing.

Have you considered sticking to threads where you actually know something about the things you are posting. It would really help.

Why should we give you a break? You have an a bad habit of ignoring and resisting basic facts when they are presented to you. West Bank rather than Gaza is *NOT* minutia.

Hamas ruled Gaza, they have no power in the West Bank.
Israeli settlers in the West Bank attacking local Palestinians is not Israel "fighting back". Its just misdirected "revenge" at people who didn't perpetrate the Oct 7 attack from Gaza.

Hamas might not be the absolute ruler of the West Bank, but they certainly have a presence there and are also viewed favourably by a good part of the palestinians living there.

Part of what would have been neccessary was invade Pakistan (a country with nuclear weapons), which was offering refuge to Taliban fighters.

A West Bank kindergarten has published videos showing children pretending to perform military drills with toy guns, clashing with and killing Israeli soldiers, and holding a mock funeral for a child who is killed and becomes a “martyr.”
The clips from the Al-Tofula Kindergarten in Beit Awwa in the southern West Bank were published on the TikTok video-sharing service Tuesday, according to the Washington-based Middle East Media Research Institute watchdog.

It's just toy guns...kids having fun, playing fantasy of being a martyr.

If you listen to the first video you will discover that the US state department disagrees with you (first 6 minutes) that 's the "Hamas run US state department". The polling evidence cited in the video contradicts your assertion: economics being the main cause.

You don't seem too bothered about a senior Israeli politician stating definite untruths. Actually I doubt she is so ignorant to think there are no churches in Gaza given she immediately has her fall back "well they've all been driven out by Hamas". If there were no churches there wouldn't be any to be driven out. But do you think it's ok if you passionately believe in a cause to state deliberate untruths in support of that cause?

Also I don't hold with the idea that Muslims are second class, or maybe third class, humans i.e. that it's more tolerable to murder Muslims than it is to murder Christians.

Are you now admitting there aren't any Christians in Gaza? Did you catch the fact that there aren't any because HAMAS drove them out?

it seems you certainly believe known liars in Hamas but you want to castigate someone for them believing someone else who you say is lying. He without sin should cast the first stone.

The claim is there aren't any and weren't any in Gaza before all this began. I don't know if that is true or not. And I don't have any idea who this politician is. And I have no idea if she was mistaken or a liar.

i do know though that Hamas IS a lying terrorist organization and I would believe the politician any day of the week over them.
