I don't think the Former Guy was trying to incite another riot as much as he was raising funds for himself - he has apparently raised $1.5 million since he claimed he would be arrested on Tuesday. If a riot had ensued, I believe he would have applauded, but that was not the point of his bogus announcement.

The documents were not illegal themselves, but he should not have retained them. Donald not only had them, but refused to give a lot of them back and had his lawyer, poor naive Christina Bobb, file an affidavit swearing that no government documents remained in his possession.

He made it clear that the information was to be given to his personal attorney at that time, Rudy. Interestingly enough, Rudy did try to spread illicit information on H. Biden as an October Surprise in 2020.

Who did Biden want fired? Oh yea it was the guy investigating his son.

That is an alternative fact - Biden wanted the corrupt prosecutor fired because he was NOT investigating corrupt companies. It was US and NATO policy, not something Biden carried out on his own. You should know this by now.

And trump paid hush money to a inappropriate content star old news in fact it is so old that the statute of limitations has run out but doe that matter to the left?

The statute of limitations has obviously not run out but will soon which is why this case is being brought now. The case is about filing a false business statement in violation of state law (election law is federal) and to evade taxes. The sordid nature of the payment is beside the point.

Michael Cohen served three years in prison for this - where was the right-wing protests about that? This is the same act but different players. Arguably, Donald has more responsibility as he was the boss who directed that it be done.

Sounds like the need for regulations and adjustments by the feds, where the first is always fought and the later is being done right now. Law enforcement if I recall is investigating without bias. Trump is under investigation. Biden is under investigation. Pence is under investigation. Those of Jan 6 are getting due process as they are trialed with their compadres ratting them out.

I kind of recall Mitch McConnell in his refusal to impeach Trump make the statement, “We have a criminal justice system in this country. We have civil litigation. And former Presidents are not immune from being held accountable by either one." So yes in his capacity as president Trump had immunity. He lost that immunity. He's losing his court battles to drag things out. He just lost two cases where he lost his lawyer client privileges because judges deemed given the crime/fraud exception, crimes were committed. Now his lawyers have to testify or do what Trump himself and his inner circle routinely has to do, and take the 5th. And we know, as Trump said himself, only mobsters take the fifth, or people with their name plastered on a business that has been found guilty of being a criminal org.

1. Shokin wasn't investigating Hunter.
2. He wasn't investigating anyone because he was corrupt.
3. Everyone wanted him gone. The U.S government, the UK, the EU, NATO, the IMF, etc.
4. The Vice President has ZERO power over money outside of their office. Even if he wanted to, he had no control over those funds.
5. The Vice President was on diplomatic mission to deliver a message FROM POTUS who actually did control the money.

Inflation is not running away now. Political opponents should not be above the law. The only "concerned parents" who were accused of being terrorists were the ones making terroristic threats of violence against school employees and board members and those who actually attacked - and, of course, Proud Boys posing as "concerned parents".

Name me one politician who has had as many attempts to bring him down as Trump. There is much emotion associated with Trump on all sides of the issues, you must live in an alternate universe. You speak of "his crimes" that is in itself is an emotional response they have been searching for crimes for 7 years. Give me a break.
