CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Somehow I miss this notification. Thank you
too cute. A coworker that is 29 got me a $30 gift card from a running store. She was running late getting food for her husband and her husband asked her if she got $30 because I look like I'm 30. She said exactly. I thought what a compliment. There are two people in our department that are about the same age as me and she can't get over the difference between me and them. I told her it's because they have kids. But really it's in the genes. My mom looks great for late 60s.

Started working out my legs again a few days ago. Struggled to even walk yesterday and had to work them out again today.

Stretches and try not to overdo. Just go small and work at it little by little otherwise you will get to discouraged and you'll have an even greater setback. Speaking from experience. What you want is consistency and momentum for the long run. Possibly make a goal to accomplish something within 6 months. Something attainable that you know that you can do and that you have done before. We're not talking about big things, but a small attainable goal.

Part of me has always wanted to do this.Lunch break is over. Do I clock back in, or hop on a plane, go a new town, change my name, and never be heard from again?
To go out into the wilderness and forge my own path, become a wild creature, forget I'm human, forget spoken language, join a flock of wild turkeys, gobble at the moon, or something crazy like that, idk...

My niece is already at it this morning! We've vacuumed the floor so many times and she still somehow finds stuff...she'll put things in her mouth and then turn and look at me and giggles her little head off as she crawls away as fast as she can!
