If kids weren't doing it at all (as I said in my last post), they wouldn't be getting pregnant.
But they are "doing it" in far greater numbers when not taught in school, but by their parents (or often enough, not taught at all because the parents can't be bothered). That's a statistical fact. And they are doing it in such a way that they become pregnant. That's also a statistical fact.

It's been taught in school since at least the days when I was in school, which was decades ago. It's obviously not working.

Well, yeah. "Abstinence only" isn't working. Which is why you need to teach about contraception as well.

Is that where the inappropriate content comes in? Or is the contraception part only what they teach in the first grade (which would be 6 year olds)?

I don't think that inappropriate content has a place in the classroom, and I think that sex ed should happen around age 10-11.

That's how it was in my school.

That's the same rationale that led to this: NY Times blasted for defending 'inappropriate contentography literacy' for first graders: 'These people are sick'
From your link:
“In May, [Justine Ang Fonte] was invited to teach two Zoom lessons on "inappropriate contentography literacy and consent" to juniors and seniors at the Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School on the Upper West Side.”

Now, Justine Ang Fonte, was the director of the K-12 Health and Wellness program…but the first we hear that “5 year olds” is from a critic.

"inappropriate content is not ‘sex-positive,’" said pro-life activist Lila Rose. "That’s like saying rat poison is a vitamin. inappropriate content is dehumanizing to everyone involved & damaging to healthy sexuality. Also—instructing 5 year olds about masturbation is sexual abuse & any adult involved should be criminally charged."

Unless there are Junior & Senior “First Graders”.

Again, it's not about words, it's about subjects. Read the OP again.

Caucasians are afraid of being left out of a multicultural society?
I've heard worries about what will happen when they're no longer the majority. I don't know why. I mean, the US has a long track record of perfect treatment of minority groups. I mean, the OP even shows that there's no reason to even talk about it.

No. Topics are taught at developmentally appropriate levels

What does "K" in K-12 mean? It means Kindergarten, which is 5 year olds.

What you're attempting to do here is smokescreen what is being discussed.

Maybe in a perfect world. As you may have noticed, that's not the case.

Indeed. They're supposed to become worker drones, not fully rounded human beings.

Since when did we decide to relinquish our parental duties to the state? Because I thought it was my obligation to fully round my children.

We might as well turn our children over to the State altogether, and do away with the family unit at this rate.

It seems to be what the most "progressive" groups actually want, and is the direction we're going. It appears to be their goal.

No. Not in a "perfect world". In a school with appropriately trained teachers.

And that is ALL I've seen in schools where I spend my time.

No, that's what you're attempting. You're saying it's not about the actual words but it is. In the letter quoted in the OP there is a list of over 50 specific "terms" (words and phrases) that are deemed unacceptable. You are claiming it's not about the words themselves when in fact that's exactly what it's about. You say to reread the OP as though it backs up your assertion but rereading the OP proves your assertion wrong.

The OP provides the link
https://docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/mi...nd_materials/2021/ab411/ab0411_2021_08_11.pdf
...which specifically lists the banned terms.

Either you didn't read the OP or you're trying to smokescreen by gaslighting by denying what is plainly obvious directly referenced and quoted in the OP.

Right. Whatever the intention, when you pass a law, it's the text of the law that is going to be enforced, though some interpretation is done. As I understand the text, it would be difficult to describe the purpose or effect of the 14 amendment, nor to deal properly with the period following the Civil War, or fir that matter the Civil Rights Act. There are words describing some pretty dubious concepts on the list, but unfortunately there are also concepts that really do need to be covered.
