But... but..... massive fraud....
Of course. Those 9 ballots (count 'em, 9) would have definitely overturned the Pennsylvania election results.

At least our trump supporting CF colleagues will claim so.

There has not been even one real evidentiary hearing on the massive amount of evidence of wrongdoing. It is a disgrace and shows how close we are getting to communism in this country. The cowards will seek more and more power, certainly they are afraid to make copies of the ballots and logs public. It is hard to see how many do not see their hypocrisy. It has been months since the election, time to let the people see the truth. It may not make a difference though, once the COVID travel bans are dropped and permission is given to now banned countries to allow their citizens to come here and border security is relaxed expect a lot more terrorism. Or do you you think the FBI has your back? If there is systemic racism in police forces why are the Democrat leaders using them for their own personal protection?
Why not let social workers take the place of police to defend them?

My but this conspiracy just gets bigger and bigger. Now all the judges who reviewed the presented evidence and stated it was insufficient no longer exist. You do realize we can read them online and see that your claims are incorrect, right?

And to think a good portion of these judges throwing out these cases were appointed by Donald trump and confirmed by the Republican Senate...

1. “Donald appointed all these Conservative judges! That’s why I support him!”
2. Judges throw out all the fraud claims.
3. “These judges are all deep state! That’s why we need Trump to drain the swamp!”

Rinse, repeat..

Probably corrupt establishment, as I've said so many time there is plenty of corruption in both major parties. Trump's an outsider, very much feared.

Any chance the seasonal worker who threw them out did so becouse of believing Trumps claims about what is a valid ballot?

It is worth noting that they also were retrived and counted. So they had no impact on the election results at all, at least until Trump reverses course and claims they should not ahve been counted.

The truth is that Trump lost the election and his followers appear to be delusional.

Again, these were not evidentiary hearings. All you need is a strong belief to file a case, you don't need evidence at all. A judge is supposed to allow you to seek out the evidence, that means filing subpoenas for records and witnesses, such as election workers and computer records. Then witnesses can be crossed examined, those are real hearings--perhaps you don't watch much television. Then, based upon the testimony, you may seek further evidence as per order of the court. Had such a hearing occurred some new entity would have covered it. If you think such a hearing took place please put out a link to the video. I've actually filed a case in federal court against government agencies, it dragged out for years but was quite successful, but one day the lead litigator remarked to me that half of the judges would not have allowed the case to go forward because it was against federal agencies (powerful ones) and a federal judge simply did not want to take them on. We know that attorneys who took the case for Trump were threatened, it would not surprise me that it happened to judges. We are moving toward a totalitarian state, I am worried that future elections are going to be a lot like those in Russia where the opposition voices are quickly silenced.

If that were so and over 1000 affidavits were untrue all that needed to be done was for election officials to answer questions and election ballots and logs be made public. That's what has been asked for two months and counting. Name callers who backed a three year Russian collusion hoax do not help the crisis situation. Time for complete election transparency.

A lot of the affidavits weren't anything to do with election fraud per se, nor for that matter anything that would have affected the outcome of the elections.

If there really was systemic election fraud on the order of magnitude required to change the results of the election, Trump and his lawyers had plenty of opportunity to present that evidence. They failed to do so.

At this point you're just whining.

What you seem to saying is that the Trump lawyers were soooo incompetent that couldn't they produce evidence sufficient (actually any) for any state, 60 judges, or the Supreme Court in support of a claim of election fraud.

Why should any individual citizen have a reasonable right to more evidence and hearings than the 50 states, 60 courts, and the Supreme Court?

No, the courts have never worked that way. You don't get to file frivolous claims and go digging for evidence. You have to have enough evidence to file a case. That is why so many courts dismissed the claims noting the evidence was not sufficient. You keep demonstrating that you don't understand how the process works so why should we take your claims seriously?

I feel like I’m starting to see the underlying problem here...

the probe had found “insufficient evidence to prove criminal intent on the part of the person who discarded the ballots.”
Was that the entirety of Trump's own DoJ investigation into voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election?

The riots and insurrection attempt was all for this?

I dunno, really.

The riots and insurrection attempt was all for this?

No, it was for entirely imaginary things. This at least was real, albeit meaningless in the grand scheme of things.

The only insurrection was in Portland, the attack on the federal building committing arson and then holding
part of the city for three months. The charge that Trump incited the riot is a hoax, this was a pre-planned attack known to the FBI and the Capitol Police, who report to Pelosi and McConnel. When did Pelosi first know and why didn't she inform President Trump? The individuals denounced by Trump, including Antifa, should be jailed.
