Sure they disagree with you. For example I asked you in regards to the very first scripture from the 20 posted (10 old testament corresponding to the 10 in the new testament fulfilled in Jesus) who do you think JESUS is calling himself in John 8:58 and why were the Jews seeking to stone him? You refused to answer this question and simply ignored the scriptures shared with you. If you are honest you will see I am only telling you the truth (scripture) and if I tell you the truth why do you not believe me? They are God's Word not mine and God's Word is truth *John 17:17. The Jews in denying God's Word in Jesus day when confronted with scripture closed their eyes and ears to hearing God's Word in fulfillment of Isaiah 6:9-10; Matthew 13:13-15; Acts of the Apostles 28:26-27. Of course no one can make people see what they do not want to see. Something we should all pray about I guess dear friend.

Why can't you just give me one verse, that calls YHWH by name, and refers to him as they. Why jump through all of these hoops to prove your point. There is a tenet of logic which states that the simplest explanation is the most likely.

(CLV) Ex 8:27
A way of three days shall we go into the wilderness, and we will sacrifice to Yahweh our Elohim, just as He said to us.

I gave you 20+ verses dear friend. You simply choose to ignore them (post 131 linked). For example I asked you in regards to the very first scripture from the 20 posted (10 old testament corresponding to the 10 in the new testament fulfilled in Jesus) who do you think JESUS is calling himself in John 8:58 and why were the Jews seeking to stone him? Not YHWH. Keep guessing.
It is ok HARK! Your unwillingness to answer the question asked of you is evidence enough. You and I both know why you will not answer this question. It is because JESUS in John 8:58-59 is calling himself YHWH in reference to Exodus 3:14-15. That is why the Jews were seeking to stone him to death.

It is ok HARK! Your unwillingness to answer the question asked of you is evidence enough.

You are the one who makes bare assertions, yet fails to provide answers.

(CLV) Jn 20:17
Jesus is saying to her, "Do not touch Me, for not as yet have I ascended to My Father. Now go to My brethren, and say to them that I said, `Lo! I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and My God and your God.'"

If Yahshua is YHWH; who is YHWH's father? Who is YHWH's Elohim?

If Yahshua is YHWH; why do you call him Jesus; when YHWH said that YHWH is his name forever?

Exodus 3

15 Elohim, furthermore, said to Moses, "Thus you shall say to the sons of Israel, ' YHWH, the Elohim of your fathers, the Elohim of Abraham, the Elohim of Isaac, and the Elohim of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My name FOREVER, and this is My memorial-name to all generations.

Ok I can understand why your seeking now to change topic and subject matter now. You can ignore the previous posts if you want to but you still have the same problems your ignoring from the last posts that you have not addressed despite what your posting here already being addressed earlier in post 131 linked.
If Yahshua is YHWH; who is YHWH's father? Who is YHWH's Elohim?
For example in response to the above why do you think I posted...

John 10:30-42 I And My Father Are One

and...

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image", according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."

matches to..

John 1:1-3; 14 [1], In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2], The same was in the beginning with God {Genesis 1:26 topic is creation v3}. [3], All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Note: who are we talking about here?

[14], And the Word was made flesh, and dwelled among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Yep John agrees with Genesis 1:26, Jesus and God the father are one and Jesus created all things and is YHWH alrighty.
If Yahshua is YHWH, what do you call him Jesus; when YHWH said that YHWH is his name forever?
I didn't, JESUS in John 8:58-59 is calling himself YHWH in reference to Exodus 3:14-15. That is why the Jews were seeking to stone him to death. Do you disagree with JESUS?

You have a bit of catching up to do.

That doesn't answer my question. Who is YHWH's father? Who did YHWH pray to? Who raised YHWH from the dead? Who is greater than YHWH? Who does YHWH submit to. Who will YHWH submit all authority to in the end?

Like Ricky Ricardo said, "you have a lot of splainin' to do."

Sure it answers your questions dear friend. I wouldn't believe what Ricky Ricardo is telling you over the Words of God.

No amount of splaining is going to help those who do not want help according to Isaiah 6:9-10; Matthew 13:13-15 and Acts of the Apostles 28:26-27. Let's pray we are not found in that group.

You of course are free to believe as you wish. These are God's Words not mine.

Warmed up? I had to smile at that response. One thing is true. All your questions were answered directly with God's Word that are not mine but God's. According to Jesus, people will not see what they do not want to see as it is written in Isaiah 6:9-10; Matthew 13:13-15 and Acts of the Apostles 28:26-27.. I have asked you many times now, who was JESUS calling himself in John 8:58 and why were the Jews seeking to stone him. I am still waiting for an answer from you. You and I both know the answer to this question and the reason you will not answer it is because JESUS in John 8:58-59 is calling himself YHWH in reference to Exodus 3:14-15 (I AM). That is why the Jews were seeking to stone him to death. I think perhaps deep down inside you know I am telling to the truth *John 17:17 here and in the other posts and scriptures shared with you. My prayer dear friend is that you may receive God's Word and be blessed. Ignoring it does not make it disappear. Thank you for the discussion.

Late my time, 99 for now

I am; but I am not YHWH. Scripture directly contradicts your assumptions.

YHWH did forsake himself. YHWH didn't die. YHWH didn't pray to himself. YHWH isn't greater than himself. YHWH won't submit all authority to himself in the end. YHWH didn't work out miracles through himself. YHWH doesn't have an Elohim, that he submits to.

Yahshua never once called himself YHWH. YHWH said that YHWH is his name forever. YHWH cannot lie. YHWH does not change; so why would he change his name, after he said that is how we are to remember him forever.

The father is not the son. This is a rudimentary biological analogy. The empirical evidence is all around us.

I am sorry dear friend but you do not dictate the terms of what the scriptures directly say and I am not saying what you are pretending I am saying. Yet if we read God's Words which are not my words we can find our answers to these questions...

John 10:30-42 I And My Father Are One

and...

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image", according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.

Let's look at what the scriptures actually say...

Exodus 3:14-15 [14], And God said to Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall you say to the children of Israel, I AM has sent me to you. [15], And God said moreover to Moses, Thus shall you say to the children of Israel, the YHWH God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you: this is my name for ever, and this is my memorial to all generations.

links to...

John 8:58-59 [58], Jesus said to them, TRULY, TRULY, I SAY TO YOU, BEFORE ABRAHAM WAS, I AM. [59], THEN TOOK THEY UP STONES TO CAST AT HIM: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the middle of them, and so passed by.

As shown above in the scriptures the reason the Jews took up stones to put Jesus to death was because by saying he is I AM Jesus was referring to Exodus 3:14-15 that He is YHWH

...............

God in the Old Testament YHWH

1. I AM (Exodus 3:14–15; Isaiah 48:12)
2. The Shepherd (Psalm 23:1)
3. The Light (Psalm 27:1)
4. The Rock (Psalm 18:2)
5. Ruler of all (Isaiah 9:6)
6. Judge of all nations (Joel 3:12)
7. The Bridegroom (Isaiah 62:5; Hosea 2:16)
8. God’s Word never passes away (Isaiah 40:8)
9. The Sower (Jeremiah 31:27; Ezra 34:9)
10. First and the Last (Isaiah 48:12)
11. No other Savior but YHWH (Isaiah 43:11)

Jesus’ Reference to Himself as YHWH

1. I AM (John 8:58)
2. The Shepherd (John 10:11)
3. The Light (John 8:12)
4. The Rock (Matthew 7:24)
5. Ruler of all (Matthew 28:18)
6. Judge of all (John 5:22)
7. The Bridegroom (Matthew 25:1)
8. Jesus’ words never pass away (Mark 13:31)
9. The Sower (Matthew 13:3–9)
10. First and the Last (Revelation 1:17–18)
11. The Angel testifies that Jesus is Savior YHWH (Matthew 1:21)

You of course are free to believe as you wish..

adding to the above (Jesus as I AM - YHWH)...

YHWH - JESUS AS CREATOR OF HEAVEN AND EARTH

God created all things by His Word *Genesis 1:3-31; Genesis 2:1-4

Genesis 2:1-4 [1], THUS THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH WERE FINISHED, AND ALL THE HOST OF THEM. [2], AND ON THE SEVENTH DAY GOD ENDED HIS WORK WHICH HE HAD MADE; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. [3], And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. [4], These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the YHWH GOD MADE THE EARTH AND THE HEAVENS

The creator YHWH becomes human flesh (I WILL BE WHAT I WILL BE)...

John 1:1-3; 14 [1], In the beginning was the Word, and THE WORD WAS WITH GOD, AND THE WORD WAS GOD. [2], THE SAME WAS IN THE BEGINNING WITH GOD {see Genesis 1:26-31}. [3], ALL THINGS WERE MADE BY HIM; AND WITHOUT HIM WAS NOT ANY THING MADE THAT WAS MADE {see Genesis 1:3-31; Genesis 2:1-3}. [14], AND THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, AND DWELLED AMONG US, AND WE BEHELD HIS GLORY, THE GLORY AS OF THE ONLY BEGOTTEN OF THE FATHER. FULL OF GRACE AND TRUTH.

JESUS is God YHWH the creator of Heaven and Earth. Genesis 2:4 states specifically that YHWH is creator of heaven and earth, John and other scriptures below state that Jesus is the creator God of heaven and earth, therefore JESUS is YHWH...

Colossians 1:15-16 HE IS THE IMAGE OF THE INVISIBLE GOD, THE FIRSTBORN OF ALL CREATION. FOR BY HIM ALL THINGS WERE CREATED, IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him.

1 John 5:20 [20], And we know that the Son of God is come, and has given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. THIS IS THE TRUE GOD, AND ETERNAL LIFE.

Titus 2:13 [13], Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of THE GREAT GOD AND OUR SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST

Hebrews 1:8 8, BUT TO THE SON HE SAID, YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOR EVER AND EVER: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of your kingdom.

John 10:30 I AND THE FATHER ARE ONE.

John 5:18 This was why the Jews were seeking all the more to kill him, because not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but HE WAS EVEN CALLING GOD HIS OWN FATHER, MAKING HIMSELF EQUAL WITH GOD.

................

According to Gods Word (not mine), Jesus is the creator of heaven and earth and God YHWH making Him the Lord and creator of the Sabbath - Mark 2:27-28; John 1:1-3; 14; Colossians 1:15-17; Genesis 2:1-3

Now what have you got in scripture that says JESUS is not YHWH the creator God of heaven and earth when the scriptures show that he is?

Is God's name important? Yes.

Do I need to refer to Him by that name? I guess that depends.

Do you call your parent by name or do you just refer to them as mom or dad?

I mostly refer to my God as "Father".....the other many names He has is to know Him intellectually. Father, means I know Him through relationship.

Intelect will be meaningless at the end of my life, relationship will give me a new one at the end of this one.

Good post Toro, agreed. That is the intent and reason for the scriptures and questions provided in the OP and that is how Jesus taught us to pray according to the scriptures *Matthew 6:9. What does it mean then in your view to take God's name in vain? (my thoughts provided here)

I believe it is simple though many will disagree.

I believe to take His name in vain is to call yourself as His, but to not live the life of a true follower.

We are even told in the bible that He states that He wish we were either hot or cold, but rather because we are lukewarm He will spit us out.

Its quite clear that our lord does not want us in the middle.

Just like Mr Miyagi said, "You walk road, walk left side, safe, walk right side safe, walk middle, sooner or later, get a squish just like grape."

I believe it is when we use His name in vain, it is the same as if we were to treat His blood being of little value. Where people choose to claim Christianity, but continue to live as the devil, justifying their wicked ways without allowing the inside of their cup to be cleaned.

I do not believe salvation is based on a prayer. Having been one of those that started my Christian life being VERY carnal. Finding ways to justify everything from fornication to theft... yet still considering myself "Christian".

Am I perfect? SO pathetically far from it. However, once I prayed for true salvation. Once I begain praying for the Lord to remove the plank in my own eye, rather than simply going to Him because "everyone else" was the problem... that is when my heart and mind was changed.

Am I guilty of taking on His name and calling myself as one of His sheep, though I was unaware of being a wolf? Absolutely.

Praise the Lord that rather than me stay there, He brought me to a place of seeing my error and then opening my heart so He could change me.

It is by Him that I am no longer the man I was, because though as I said it is pathetic how far off from the mark I am from where I want to be, I am not content to remain where I was and because I do not justify my imperfections with the common "Im only human" or "Jesus paid for my sins so Im good".

I no longer take on His name in vain, for I want to be change. Though my flesh will fight in resistance at every turn, I want to be made more like Christ, but it is in His time and in His way. I can only pray to choose wisdom and accept that which He wants to do in my life.

More than you asked I know.

I am sorry dear friend but you do not dictate the terms of what the scriptures directly say

Neither do you.

Nowhere does Yahshua say that he is YHWH. We are to be one with YHWH through Yahshua; nut I'm not so bold as to say that I'm the Almighty.

No need to apologize. I understand.

Who does the Almighty submit to, like Yahshua does?
