Uh huh. He gathered a huge mob of followers, directed them to Capitol, told them to fight, and what happened next?

They must have had esp. They started into the capital before he even finished.

We are informed by the media. When the media shows a video of things that other people have done and said it pretty much speaks for itself. When Trump is on video saying things that incite his followers to an insurrection and to want to hang Pence then it pretty much is what it is, it's clear to see. When his supporters are seen on video saying and doing the things they say and do then that's pretty clear also. You don't need the media's commentary to see for yourself what they are all saying and doing.

So demonizing the media as you're trying to do rings hollow. It especially rings hollow because all of your information is coming from the media also. You are listening to media to learn the things you're learning. You simply don't explain why you choose to listen to the media you choose and reject the media you reject. For me, I accept the media that can show me what the people involved actually said and did; I can believe what they're saying and doing because I've seen them actually say and do it. But your stories come from media that guides you without evidence.

We're actually way better off with the technology we have today. What happens is some people, like yourself, choose what to believe and what to reject based on what you want to believe and what you want to reject. Technology is not at fault for that; it has nothing to do with technology and instead what you choose subjectively.

If you really believed life would be much better without technology you would be living off grid. At the very least, you would never, ever post on here again. But you do post on here, very often in fact, so you are apparently very happy with today's technology and seem to love it.

Aren't you the one that denied the witchcraft even though you watched what was put out in the media? That should have made it to both sides of the media. It didn't because the left leaning ones didn't want people to see it. That my friend is control and manipulation. Myself I make sure that I visit left leaning sites along with right ones so that I have a balance.

Oh for crying out loud....

Trump *absolutely* "directed" this armed insurrection! He called for them to be in Washington DC on the 6th. He spent two full months *lying* to his supporters about the election being "stolen". He spent *hours* whipping the crowd into a frenzy. He personally called on them to march to the Capitol and "fight" for him. His *personal lawyer* even called for "trial by combat" just before the march to the Capitol began. How ridiculous of you to claim that Trump didn't direct this. He's the ringleader of that violent mob!

Are you sure none of these are to blame?

They you are part of the problem.

And I see the other side as the problem. We are divided as a nation. I've been seeing this for a while now. I understand both points of view.

Positive. They're completely unrelated to the storming of the Capitol building. What's with you and the whole "whataboutism" thing? Why can't you stay on topic?
I have an attention problem. I'm already thinking about what's going on next week.

I denied your claim that BLM is the same as witchcraft and your video didn't even assert that. Even at that, we all choose what media we believe or not. I base it on logic and reason. You provided an unknown media outlet which basically went on what one man was claiming. Why should I believe every single thing out there? It's impossible; you have to use good judgment, which is what I did.

It seems to me you don't use good judgment but instead use your own opinions as the basis for your judgment of which media to believe or disbelieve. I mean, as it is you're not even aware of the sedition you are supporting in your posts on this thread.

Have you searched out the truth of blm being founded by self proclaimed witches? That say their name is meant to call upon spirits. I'm glad you don't take anyone's word but I'm hoping you searched out the truth not just ignoring it.

I'm worried about next week too. If they're willing to kill police officers, they're capable of anything.

I would also suggest looking into the term sedition.

There probably will be more deaths. The more people ratchet up the rhetoric about punishment for Trump supporters the more they will fight back. There's a lot of violence going on right now. I wouldn't just focus on Trump supporters. They seem to be the least likely to commit crimes but I'm sure that might change.

The going directly from his speech to their armed insurrection is not exactly a terrific defense of the idea that his speech was unrelated to their actions. Keep trying, though, these posts are all very telling.

And I see the other side as the problem.

The "other side" didn't dispute the election results, they didn't march into the Capitol building, kill police officers, or demand that the election results be set aside for a petty dictator.

We are divided as a nation.

That's Trump's fault too. He's been vilianizing and mischaracterizing the entire Democratic party for years and lying to the public about the election results for months now. Of course it's "divided".

The thing is, we are to some degree *always* divided, but until now nobody has attempted a blatant coup attempt because they didn't like the outcome of the vote.

I've been seeing this for a while now. I understand both points of view.

No you don't understand or you wouldn't be defending Trumps actions. Even other Republicans have condemned his actions.

I'm always truthful, I don't hide anything. Isn't that how we should all be?

If the intent was to stage a coup what stopped them? They had the numbers and the fire power. Maybe that wasn't the intention.
