Most of the participants were level-headed. The ones who weren't were advised to take a different approach. Some listened and some didn't.



I didn't psychoanalyze the show. Nor does gender or feminism cross my mind very often.



All relationships have expectations and consequences. Irrespective of station. The healthiest ones are practical. Don't agree to things you're unable to perform. Fit is my barometer.

Money isn't a big deal. It's the other stuff that causes problems. Our lifestyles and personalities have to mesh. I like positive go-getters. I don't need someone stressing me out or upsetting me.

I'm kind of drunk and spaced out right now.. so I'll reply tomorrow.. lol.

I hope you didn't take any offense to any of my responses, I know you're a good person. I just have a beef with what I perceive as feminism in society. Feminism is pretty much the only viewpoint allowed in academia and that has a huge influence on the culture at large.

Annoyance is easy. But what impact does the irritant really have on our welfare? We dwell on things that unsettle us. But they’re not a big deal in the long run. We’re getting worked up for nothing.

I’ve shifted directions on things like that. There’s too much unsettled energy in the world. If I want to maintain my joy and peace I can’t entertain it.

If it doesn’t affect me, my loved ones, or work (what I’m meant to focus on) I don’t need to dwell on it. The solution lies elsewhere. Understanding that is game changing. I don’t need to weigh in at all.

I miss the spa. But there’s too much contact. I found a couple of things today. My mother said the mask is scary.

Lol.. I have a skin condition. other wise I wouldn't mess with skin care. I use an alcohol free toner, a moisturizer with some acid and coal tar. My skin is pretty much 99% clear with this set up.

I’m glad your regimen is working.

Dryness is a concern this time of year. But my body could use a detox and I may spend January doing that. I’d like to make wellness a bigger focus next year.

Mine isn't really dryness.. my skin just sheds skin cells more rapidly. The acid helps peel it away and the coal tar helps slow the process. Although I know the latter can cause cancer.. so I use that sparingly.

Do you see a dermatologist? I’ve heard light therapy helps.

Being home under the heat takes a toll. I like to open the window for fresh air. I have humidifiers in every room. But I don’t have plants and they help with air quality. Flowers would be a nice alternative. A little color in the winter never hurts.

I used to see them.. although they do is offer harmful steroids. For my skin condition even the dermatologist said I have a very mild case. I'd rather take more safe remedies than rely on steroids that will only thin my skin and cause premature aging.

Understandable. I try to use natural methods when possible. Now I’m pretty green.

Nothing much.. too dangerous to visit my parents.. just going to enjoy the holidays solo.. the days off of work are enough for me.. lol..

My family’s gathering but we aren’t going. I’m cooking. This period of the year is hectic. I’ve got NYE taken care of and the menu for New Year’s Day.
