The majority of the affidavits seem to have been hearsay in context. This keeps down the possibility of being charged with lying because it's almost impossible to prove that the person "didn't hear" someone else saying something.

Judges do recognize hearsay when they hear it or read it. And so do the opposing attorneys. It may keep down the possibility of being accused of perjury...but it's also going to be discounted rather quickly.

This has been just political theater by the Trump camp using the courts as their stage. I don't believe for a moment that Trump's lawyers truly believed they had serious cases. The courts have shown great leniency in not dismissing them with prejudice.

I’m well aware the Twitter blocks trumps tweets, I’m just unaware of any FACTS that he tweeted that were blocked.


Section 230 only states that third-party platforms cannot be considered publishers of the content. The people who actually upload are the publishers. The Ninth Circuit did indeed rule, this year, that YouTube has the constitutional right to allow or disallow any content it wants.

Let me ask you. If you saw or heard evidence that showed you that the votes for Biden were fake and that he had less votes than Trump, not the popular vote but the swing state turnout? What if you were given facts that there was ballot cheating and that Trump actually had more votes in all of the swing states than Biden? What would you do. What would you want done? What do you think should happen to those that have been denying it and telling the masses to forget and move on?

Time will tell. So far not one of the affidavits has been read or looked into. So far the courts have dismissed the cases on procedure, not on content. It will only take one.. one judge.. one court to look into it and then they will not be able to dismiss it. So far the people who are perpetrating the fraud are blocking anyone to look. Nothing to see.. move along.

Now, with Swalwell in bed with China, the Russian Cyber hack of basically the entire country, the Hunter laptop and texts revealed, Joe's mental decline and Pelosi holding back on giving the people the money that they need... The US is in for a huge explosion of truth revealed and violence that will follow. I fear for the safety of the civilians as the "soldiers" that Cynthia A Johnson was calling to "make Trumpers Pay".. As she said to them "You know what to do".

This is like a balloon, those in control of the entire scam and corruption are barely holding it together. It will just take one slip and the whole thing will come down.

False. Utterly false. The only dismissal on procedure has been at the Supreme Court. In more than 50 other courtrooms, the judge has said, "Show me the evidence" and the lawyers produced empty hands.

The SCOTUS dismissed it on "standing". Meaning that the state of Texas was not a victim... as a state. However, the citizens of Texas are a victim. They have to present it that way. It's procedural not content based. The only presentation of the witnesses statements has been in legislature, not a court.

That was only the SCOTUS. Trump's lawyers got hearings before more than 50 other judges, and they did not present evidence in any of them. They did not even officially allege that fraud even occurred before any judge. They never made the same claim of fraud before a judge in court that they made in public.

PA has joined Texas in the law suit. Only those that are Democrat were not victims... When the affidavits are heard, when they stop refusing to have people look at the Dominion machines, when they remove all the illegal ballots, then the republican voters will not be victims.

No, seriously, you gave no answer. What if the SCOTUS and the states and the FBI and the CIA and all the others who have power... if all of them came out and agreed that there was solid evidence that there was fraud and the actual vote count had Trump win... solidly.....

I'm not saying that they had a hunch. I'm not saying that they caved to pressure. I'm not saying that they just couldn't prove beyond a shadow of a doubt... I'm saying that everyone who observed the evidence accepted it as truth and changed their mind and agreed that Trump won...
