When confronted with the "defund the police" argument we keep hearing from those on the extreme Left, they usually respond with, "Oh, we don't actually want to defund them or eliminate them, but rather to divert some of the funding they get to other programs". That's just more manipulation of the English language they've been using since the beginning.
Now let's listen to those who are being a little more honest about their intentions:
