Can you do that and chew gum too?
Shabbat shalom by the way.
That isn't a common greeting. Are you Messianic?

And the challenge I make to you is post one passage requiring the Christian to keep the sabbath. Remember I'll hold you to the Greek and context of Heb 4.
Don't worry about this, he uses this mindless c&p on everyone.Brother nice to meet you and thanks for your thought. Howver, only God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God. JESUS says those who KNOWINGLY follow the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God are not following God *MATTHEW 15:2-9.
Did you want to provide any scriptures that address the OP here? Only God's WORD is true and we should BELIEVE and FOLLOW it *ROMANS 3:4. Your only posting your words which are not God's WORD.
God bless.

WHERE DOES IT SAY YOU HAVE TO TYPE ALL IN CAPS WHICH IS THE INTERNET EQUIVALENT OF SHOUTING AND IS CONSIDERED RUDE?

Don't worry Dale, He posts this so much to me I only skim it for anything new.Hello brother Dale, nice to see you and thanks for sharing your thoughts here. All that has been provided here is God's WORD because ONLY God's WORD is true and we should believe and follow it over the teachings and traditions of men that break the commandments of God.
Now back to the OP where is the scripture that says God's 4th commandment that which is one of God's 10 commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of what sin is in the NEW COVENANT has been ABOLSHED and we are not commanded to keep SUNDAY as a HOLY DAY?
ACTS 15 will not help you brother as it is not talking about God's 10 Commandments. It is talking about CIRCUMCISION being a requirement for salvation for Gentiles believers; ACTS 15:1-2 which is the CONTEXT for the rest of ACTS 15.
Hope this helps
Goad bless.
I liked what you said about having both days off, but do you really believe that Paul was speaking of the Shabbat here? This would be the least difficult thing for the gentiles to "do". There's nothing to do, it's a Yah given rest that they get to enjoy.
I was thinking maybe the Lord's day could be the Passover, [which is when the Roman army encompassed Jerusalem 70ad]The Lord's day isn't the Sabbath. The two are distinct- one doesn't replace the other. Anyone claiming otherwise is poorly catechized.
Hey Codyfaith, he posts this so much to me I got it memorized. I think you understand we have a New Covenant that doesn't include his shadow law mumble jumble. In fact his shadow laws including the sabbath are done away with in Col 2:16-17 which is all one sentence. Not really brother. I am not saying what you are. We should Worship God EVERYDAY that is not the problem. The issue SIN which God's WORD defines as breaking any one of God's 10 Commandments or not following God's WORD *JAMES 2:10-11. According to God's WORD in the NEW COVENANT God's ETERNAL LAW gives us the KNOWLEDGE of SIN when broken *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4. Gods 4th commandment is one of the 10 commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN and RIGHTOEUSNESS *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172
It's because his other thread is locked.LoveGodsWord.
You have started yet another thread on the same subject as before! Why? You know people celebrate the ressurrection of Our Lord on a Sunday. Where in the Bible does it say we cant?

Like always picking something out as though nothing else was in the post.We are not talking about Geneologies to do with the ceremonial law.
