The 10 Commandments express to us the Moral aspect of the law of God to us....
Did no one in the Old Testament turned to God for forgiveness? We could not accept Jesus as our Savior without grace. Grace enables us to repent and turn to God.
Many people do not count just ten.The 10 Commandments express to us the Moral aspect of the law of God to us....
That's a mystery for you to solve, I guess, if you think you need to know. But do you accept the commands of the Lord, given by Himself and His apostles, as the law we are suppose to follow?
Did no one in the Old Testament turned to God for forgiveness?
I don't follow the great commission. Evangelism is not one of my gifts. And evidently they messed up a lot of teaching, becasue the letters went out to messed up churches. As i said before, im referring to the commands given by Jesus and His apostles. You deny those commands it seems, in favor of mans law, but its based on your misunderstanding, not biblical truth. Remember the great commission? Jesus sent the apostles to teach us to observe all that he commanded.
I wasn't referring to evangelism. I was referring to the fact that the apostles were sent to teach us, and that the commands of the apostles are Gods law for us. This very law is what teaches you to obey mans law. So you're following Gods law. But are you following all of it?I don't follow the great commission. Evangelism is not one of my gifts. And evidently they messed up a lot of teaching, becasue the letters went out to messed up churches.
If I was, I would not need forgiveness from my sins. All of Jesus suffering for nothing.I wasn't referring to evangelism. I was referring to the fact that the apostles were sent to teach us, and that the commands of the apostles are Gods law for us. This very law is what teaches you to obey mans law. So you're following Gods law. But are you following all of it?
No, these do:The 10 Commandments of God reveal to us the Holiness of God....
Those were man made ones though! Many people do not count just ten.
The Law: All 613 Commandments
You said Gods law is obsolete and that God has now given us mans law to rule us. Thats the part that i cant agree with. You know im not referring to any OT law but only the NT commands. Your resistance to those NT commands is a bit disturbing i guess..If I was, I would not need forgiveness from my sins. All of Jesus suffering for nothing.
So no, of course not. I even exceed the speed limit on purpose if I'm late leaving for work.
Sheesh, make me work today much? Those were man made ones though!
Just the 10 covered all of that!Sheesh, make me work today much?

It's something I discovered about a week ago while battling with a "person of Hate". I don't recall if it was hatred for women in authority or of same sex marriage, or abortion issues. You said Gods law is obsolete
and that God has now given us mans law to rule us. Thats the part that i cant agree with. You know im not referring to any OT law but only the NT commands. Your resistance to those NT commands is a bit disturbing i guess.
