Yeah, I'm serous it sounds like black communities have major problems..

Unless my mother's school was way out of the norm, something really needs to be done to improve the lives of black youth.

Nah it definitely set me back big time. I mean what made it bad was I went at a pretty crucial year as far as math goes. Was like a genius winning all those flash card battles in 5th grade then 6th grade i was in the hood and 7th grade came and all those x=y whatevers came and i was like uh wat happened to the math you could do instantly in your head. I was so used to math being solved in like a few seconds when it was time to sit down and grind problems out i just quit and sort of became a C student from then on out and thats my story on why i dropped out of college and im sticking to it.

No, I just don't think it's helpful to blame the white man for everything.. that's what SJWs and feminists do. It's just lazy.

No definitely not doing that. But opportunity and privilege aren't equal in this country and it doesnt help people who weren't able to "make it" have people who were fortunate enough to make it say well race has nothing to do with anything. It's easy to say that when things went your way in life.

I'm not saying that, I just think it's too tempting and easy to overly blame others for their problems.

When it comes to raising communities up, I don't think it's a healthy mindset to encourage. Which is why sadly I think SJWs often make problems worse. They're a perfect group to cling on to if you want to view yourself as nothing but a victim.

No I mean it was at one point. At this point we all play a part. Even though I do think being born in a certain environment will shape how you view the world so if a person in a poor environment comes out poorly what do any of us expect? I don't think thats an excuse but it is one factor of many to the problems we face. Even if environments were all equal(somehow) there would still be people who turn out poorly which we see among all races in america. And we see people who come from amazing environments still end up being screwups. But its just one piece of the puzzle really.
