Everyone, there are two folks who have showed up in the thread about suffering from Scrupulosity as I once did, Jimmy1234 and Juliesbob. I do not need to return there that often, thankfully, but still, these two are still having to endure it and of course feel discouraged at times. I may not adhere to the traditional hell doctrine anymore like most Christians and other religions still do, but nevertheless if ever there was truth to the expression "hell on earth", having to endure the fear and confusion that Scrupulosity brings is definitely it, especially if one who suffers it is afraid that they committed an or the unforgivable sin and is "going to hell". Please, please pray for their healing, that God will bring Jimmy and Julie through their own unique sufferings (everyone's particular experiences are different, but they all fall under the same general symptoms). I can scarcely stress this enough. Scrupulosity is also called "the doubting disease" for a reason and is a scourge upon humans who believe in Jesus Christ.

Kind of does, honestly. Women may not speak bitterly of men like that as much as the other way around in my personal experience, but still, the same rules about generalizations should apply; it's insulting to the opposite gender either way. It's not cool for embittered women to attack and generalize all men as evil sexist pigs any more than it is for embittered guys to believe all women as a race are out to manipulate or emasculate them.

Stuff like that gets posted about women all the time here.
