He also called on Christians to offer their homelands taxes, fear and honor. Romans 13:7. I didn't say it, Paul did. Argue your liberalism with him.
I also find it fascinating how, apparently, the singular thing necessary to be a godly politician is to empty give lip service to being Pro-Life.

That's being obedient to civil authorities. I also can't help but think it somewhat ironic to equivocate paying taxes with patriotism given American history and the particular narrative of the American right.
But don't let those obvious holes in your argument stop you from bending over backward to defend evil.

Oh, the irony! Says the one refusing to offer anything else but lip service.
What do you want me to do about it? Vote for Trump? Why? So i can spend my time arguing politics rather than seeking the kingdom?
So whats your answer to this problem? Follow politicians who will tickle our ears with empty promises, ones that divide us? If we were untied in our faith as we are in politics we could end abortion. Politics however are a trap set by the enemy to sucker us into a world of deception and division.Oh, the irony! Says the one refusing to offer anything else but lip service.
LOL! I quote thee obligations of the citizen, taxes, fear and honor. You left out both the latter obligations.
This really is a new concept for you guys isn't it?
No, just let the babies die. That's kingdom seeking if I ever heard it. I'd hate for you to exit your comfort zone. And by all means, call armed police if anything happens to you. I'd hate for you to suffer in any way.
I was a republican, but i saw no sense in fighting against social programs. Im neither republican or democrat.Curious--does your pro-life ethic extend also to the post-born, or only the pre-born. Because it's my experience that generally speaking "pro-life" rhetoric is rarely pro-life, it's anti-abortion. Because if someone were pro-life they would, in fact, be in favor of social policies and changes that were beneficial to our neighbor; in particular the poor, the hungry, the sick, and the disenfranchised. However I tend to often find "pro-life" sorts are fanatically opposed to healthcare reform, social welfare programs, and other forms of social uplift for the least of these.

Whats you answer then? Who should i vote for?
What if i believe politics are just a trap to take my focus off of the Lord who is my king, my shepherd and me helper?Whoever the pro-life candidate is, who is willing to nominate conservative judges like Neil Gorsuch. It's been the republicans for the last few decades. I'm sure the unborn would really appreciate your sacrifice.
BTW, Trump is one pick away from making RvW challenges possible. If he gets one more conservative pick, we'll have the most conservative high court is several decades. And there's talk of Justice Kennedy retire right now. He was a pro-abortion swing voter.
On a side note, had Hillary won, we'd have the most liberal high court in our nations history. She would have appointed Merrick Garland, Obama's lame duck session pick.

No im not, im avoiding lies and strife which war against my soul. I believe that God will hear my prayers for the unborn
Politics lead me down the wrong path, so i put my faith in God alone. I pray for the unborn. Thats how i fight.Your beliefs are irrelevant. You need to help fight the holocaust. You would call a cop (an armed man) if your life were in danger, but can't bring yourself to help an unborn child.
