The apostle Paul gloried in necessities.
Matt 6:
19Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also
Philippians 3:19 NIV
Their destiny is destruction, their god is their stomach, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is set on earthly things.
John 2:1-11 (NIV)
Jesus Changes Water Into Wine
2 On the third day a wedding took place at Cana in Galilee. Jesus’ mother was there, and Jesus and his disciples had also been invited to the wedding.
....
7 Jesus said to the servants, “Fill the jars with water”; so they filled them to the brim.
8 Then he told them, “Now draw some out and take it to the master of the banquet.”
They did so, 9 and the master of the banquet tasted the water that had been turned into wine. He did not realize where it had come from, though the servants who had drawn the water knew. Then he called the bridegroom aside 10 and said, “Everyone brings out the choice wine first and then the cheaper wine after the guests have had too much to drink; but you have saved the best till now.”
11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
Of course i agree that food, drink, and happiness, are good things. However, paul gave us his example to follow. Thats the only point i would make.True! Paul did faithfully bear necessities during his missionary work and praised God for providing him with the strength to do so. But that doesn't mean that eating and drinking and feeling happy are indicative of being unholy. Eating and drinking only become misdeeds if they are done in excess to the point of gluttony and become our prized treasures to the neglect of spiritual matters.
An example of how eating and drinking and feeling merry are not necessarily evil is seen in how Jesus provided wine to increase the merriment during a wedding celebration.

I dont listen to such preachers. I dont agree with prosperity doctrine.

Philippians 4:13Amplified Bible (AMP)
13 I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace.]
CHRIST has a twofold ministryEzekiel 26:7-14 is a failed one for example.
You're not GOD though. You can suggest and offer your opinions but in the end, it is HIS WORD that has authority over all our suggestions and opinionsAnd as I've said, not everyone is, I'm not willing to condemn humanity unlike some
The truth of 1 John 2:27I'm asking, what makes your scripture 'special' compared to others, that is what I would like to find out,...if possible, that's why I'm asking
The scriptures lead me, and i dont see prosperity doctrine in scripture. I see love and sowing to the spirit. The apostle Paul says that godliness is not about gain, and the Lord said we will have treasure in heaven. I dont think heaven uses money. The scriptures say that we cannot take money with us.Thats a good idea, because from the looks of it, its only those who preach that gets prosperous instead of the congregation, no prize for guessing why.
You're fine either way?
Why?

So you think that the precious and cost GIFT of HIS SON can be passed up and treated as a secondary option?Because I don't believe that God exist and if he did, I would not want to spend an eternity with an entity that would send people to hell just for not believing regardless of that person's moral code....If an evil person who repents on his deathbed gets a free pass and a person who does charity works all his life but don't believe in God goes to hell,....that is not justice, love or mercy,....that to me is tyranny
