You still don't know what happens whenever you're not around... that's the whole point of your parallax argument -- why not embrace it?

Parallax actually has nothing to do with who is around or not actually. It is about as unrelated as your average post to an actual point.

No one has a beef with gravity, or sunshine, or time here that I have heard about. I do have a beef with spam posters, that have not the smallest clue what they are talking about, and take pride in that fact.

The problem with using time as distance is that time must exist everywhere you do this. Drawing a line on a paper to a star does not mean time exists there.

Explain how time changes can influence this.

Let's say I want to measure the distance to a far away mountain. I go to a particular point, let's call it point A. I measure how many degrees away from North the peak is. Then I travel a kilometer due east to Point B and make another measurement. I get a different angle.

Please tell me what difference there is if I measure from Point B a week later than my measurement from point A compared to if I have someone at Point B making a measurement at the same time that I am measuring from Point A.
