Sink Holes

Yeah I've wondered about sink holes too because I never heard of them until recently. I don't know what causes them to happen but I know they make my skin crawl, I don't like them. I don't like how they can appear out of nowhere.

Yeah never trust your insurance company, they can be such weasals

From the article:

"She said she notified her insurance company and was told her home was structurally sound, but officials later condemned the home on Tuesday".

Ofcourse if they are going to have to pay for it they will tell you its cool

Always get a private adjuster.

That would stink that your house falls into a pit, I didnt even know insurance covered something like that.

Theres that one huge sinkhole called the door to hell because scientists lit up natural gas sinkhole. Have you seen that one? Talk about hell beneath you opening up. Thats wild.

You know, I dont know, that does seem sort of weird doesnt it?

Maybe to burn off what little natural gas was left in there (thinking there was just a little bit in there?)

Can you imagine how many homes that could have heated over the past 40 years its been going?

That is sort of a huge waste of fuel, but Im supposing they cant put that out (or they would).

I know next to knowing bout these things, but some look so beautiful, to swim in, or to explore, the monster ones are just so cool to me.

There are huge areas of Laos and Cambodia that look like that. They are bomb craters not sink holes. Goes back to the USA secret bombing that killed about 2 million during the Viet Nam war.

Isaiah 29:14 Therefore once more I will astound these people
with wonder upon wonder;
the wisdom of the wise will perish,
the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.”

1 Corinthians 1:
18 For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 19 For it is written:

“I will destroy the wisdom of the wise;
the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.”a]">[a]

20 Where is the wise person? Where is the teacher of the law? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?

Yep! That looks like frustrated intelligence to me. I am sure they did not intend to set a 45 year fire.

To me the second photo in that article about the Dead sea I had posted look exactly like what you described here, it was the first thing I thought of, and because they look so unnatural (together like that). That has got to be some kind of mistake lol

Wow! Man, these sometimes look like a meteor from above caused them dont they? Like if you were just looking down on them you wouldnt (at first) think the earth caved in and caused it but rather something from above fell upon it (compressing it).
