Science hasn't disproven God.

I claim your Atheism is inherently fallacious because you cannot disprove God. Your doctrines of doubt are just a reverse sort of faith.

A scientist can critique me, but that's not science.

No, I already told you, much of the Bible represents mans speculation and conjecture, it's God created in mans own image.
