Of course you can - and unless others said you couldn't, there's no need assuming others felt you cannot. People can always assume what they wish just as they can assume there are people living on the dark side of the moon - and others noting there's no need to assume such doesn't mean they are saying others can't choose to assume anyway since people have free will.I can assume whatever I wish, just like you and everyone else on this forum.
Not really that complicated of a concept
Doesn't really take being an attorney for anyone to note an observation (as he's good by himself and has done that multiple times). That said, if one wishes to talk on what is or isn't useless, it was already pointless talking as if others didn't know previous history between you, Contra and others like-minded with Contra on differing issues. Of course, you chose to bring it up and it was addressed. Not surprisingly, the type of response given to a claim was similar to what Contra already had to address before in regards to history/older dialogues between you two - and as Contra noted, it is useless when one chooses to react rather than respond considerately. Seriously, it doesn't take anyone being a lawyer to see the obvious when it comes to reading into things more than what's there (as others have also pointed out).I had no idea you were his attorney, I'll have to keep that in mind in the future. But thanks for all the useless info.
Due to seeing previous commentary by yourself that Contra/others experienced before, I'd hope you would be long past that in choosing to come back on the forum instead of tending toward comments which can easily go into flaming (counter to CF rules). Unfortunately, that has yet to change. If one wishes to attempt commentary that is reactionary (and a bit petty), it should always be kept in mind that there's no need for it when others disagree, as that's needless - and when one speaks assuming others don't know about history (as you did), there's nothing wrong with noting where people don't need to presume that much as if others aren't aware of the facts.
It is what it is.
