Currently I'm 5'3, and weigh about 123 lbs. I'm in my final year of school and looking to weigh 105 lbs before I go to college (perhaps 98 lbs if my weight loss goes really well). I'm also aiming to drop a clothes size. The issue I have is my body seems to hit the wall at about 115 lbs and it won't let me lose anymore weight no matter how much I push it, so I'm wondering if anyone has any good tips for losing this excess weight?
